I just have to say that Zendesk is Awesome! I asked them a question that had nothing to do with there service and they got the answer for me. It was a test! thank you Zendesk
and compared to desk.com they also allow comments - at least it's honest !

I agree with Charice Renee. I mean, try to think out of box. First, it was the customer number not the agent. She gave it coz she's happy with the service. Second, the music background, the gesture, the motto "have better connection with your customer" those all are relating to real life not fake. Zendesk put a real life humour on it. Third, what's the matter to have relationship between agent-customer when both are happy? No one is intimidating towards another.
I am not sure that I understand what is going on. In fact, I know I don't know what the hell is going on!
