I like how Shiv doesn't excuse the 'get home angry situation' endpoints out the need for guys to own their pain, allow it to settle, and communicate it without projecting it. this was such a wholesome conversation in general. Men who are proactive about advocating for social justice are life, we need more men to step up like this man!

Murugi I was also so scared of animals😂 I realized its bc when I was young I touched a duckling and the mother duck chased me. Then my aunt’s dog chased me. Then I accidentally sat on a kuku in my grandma’s shop in Kisii and it scared me so I bolted and ran across the road. Then when I went to LCVR hawks used to fly down & steal our meat. Im generally over my fear of dogs but birds? I can NOT 😂
