I listened to this initial podcast a few weeks ago. I then purchased Julia's book on Kindle. Then I bought her audio book (for my walks), and I just re-watched the entire episode here. I am currently working on the 8 codes in Energy Rising. There is a lot to absorb. Julia DiGangi is amazing! Very helpful. Thank you, Max!

I just started my coaching business and posting content on Instagram and KZread. I spent all day yesterday criticizing my appearance and comparing myself to other women in health and fitness. I gradually got severe neck pain and a cough and spent the whole evening unable to move. Our body is giving us signals all the time. Loving yourself really is the key to getting what you want. Really needed to hear this.

One of the greatest lessons I've learned (or realized) is how nervousness is a sign of potential. If something makes you nervous you can be almost certain there's something to gain from it- an experience, a skill, knowledge, connection. I would consider never feeling nervous as a sign of stagnation. Nervousness has been so demonized but if we learn to utilize it it becomes one of those healthy stressors that keeps us progressing and growing as humans. If I feel nervous about something I know it's because there's something in it for me. It's helped me gain so much confidence and I hope we can all collectively move away from the 'feeling nervous is bad and should be avoided at all costs' mentality. If embraced in a healthy way, it's really one of the most powerful tools we have to keep learning and keep thriving.

This all feels super helpful and honest. But I am upset of heavy use of concepts that is not widely recognized or established in psychology or psychotherapy. e.g. "Emotional energy" as appears to be a term used to describe the emotional states and emotional patterns. Then looks like interviewer not familiar with contents of the book and unable to drive interview in direction that is will challenge guest into areas that might be lacking in the book, but book content is very subject of the entire video.

Very clever people over think, that’s what your parents were doing when they were discussing the sleep over.
