What a beautiful video, created a very dear price ... 11 hours of hiking 3000-4000 meters above sea level! We all really appreciate the great lengths (and heights) you go to Elena. Bringing us spectacular images from some of the most exotic lands on the planet, of which Kyrgystan is a shining example.

Dearest Lenochka always introducing beautiful natural places for us to discover together! You should be proud of yourself, as your hiking muscles have improved over the past couple of years😊. Was your oxygen intake OK at that elevation or was your beathing labored? The scenery is breathtaking, and Karakol was very appealing. Thanks again😊.

Yes, Elena, you should be justifiably proud to have completed that arduous trek to Ala Kul Lake. At an elevation of 3,800 metres, it is hardly surprising you felt breathless, but then the reward! That breathtaking scenery! I should also convey congratulations for the video imagery you captured with your drone, adding to, and enhancing the whole experience conveyed in your vlog.

Thank you for sharing your adventures, and specially, your thoughts during the hike. Valuable lessons learned and internalized! Also, I identified the powerful effect of splashing fresh water on you. Tip: on the crown of head and the upper neck will do wonders. Water serves as interface between energy of sunlight and magnetic bodies, easying absorbtion . Best to you! ☀🤗
