    I started going on daily walks about 2 months ago since my physiotherapist recommended I walk to help with my back issues. It's helped a lot, and has also helped me lose fat. To help me I also found someone with a dog who I walk once a week. It's super fun. Sometimes it's exhausting, but I think overall it's been great for my physical health, as well as my mental health.
