Why you should shoot Black and White film photography
Ойын-сауық
I head out to Valley of Fire here in Nevada, just outside of Las Vegas to experiment with 3 different 35mm film stocks and see how shooting black and white film can really change your mindset when it comes to photography. Ilford hp5, Kodak t-max and Kosmo Foto Agent Shadow#35mmfilmphoto #blackandwhitephotography #filmphotography #freelancephotographer #photography

@@SeanJorgensen actually for me kodak double x would be the most beautiful result of bw films kodak.
Amazing!! BW hits too hard bro! Colour not needed. I believe it’ll look good framed! Which stock did you prefer? And what was your hit rate? I liked your shots on T-max-finer grain makes the textures of the stone look very defined for 35mm. Would you consider returning to shoot with a yellow or red filter? The contrast of the stone against the sky would be crazy! Great video!!

Hey Colin, first off thank you so much for watching! Yeah there are definitely a couple from this set I want to blow up and frame. I like the richness in blacks from hp5 but I think Tmax takes the cake on this. The finer grain and sharpness of Tmax is just perfect for this location. I have never used a yellow or red filter but ill do some research and super keen on going back for 2.0
