Just would have needed this video 2 months earlier…I’m also struggling with the support right now. My camera was freezing and crashing all the time… took me some time to get a repair in the first place. still waiting for new or repaired camera though. There are barley negative reviews on KZread about Insta360 and this is very suspicious I think..

Shocking story. Blame on Insta360. Shame on Insta360. I have a lot of Insta360 stuff. And now I hope, that never ever one of these devices will fail.

My one r died on me. I called them up and they asked me to send it back to them. 2 weeks later they sent me a one rs core, which works perfectly with the 360 mod and the 4k cam. I had a good experience here in India. Maybe the way their customer service you received wasn't good to say the least. But, the camera is good. All the best and i hope you have a better experience soon 👍🏼

As you can see in the comments I am not the only one that had problems with your customer service. If you also look here: www.trustpilot.com/review/www.insta360.com you can see a lot more disappointed customers - resulting in a star rating of only 1.7 🙁🙁🙁 It is quite the shame since your product line is really good but with that customer service problems people don't want to buy with you anymore 😢

Hi Also ich hab den Fall meinem Anwalt übergeben und nachdem der dann einen bösen Brief an die Rechtsabteilung geschrieben hat haben die sofort das Geld überwiesen. Ist echt schade dass es nur so ging bei denen.

@@TheGreyRebel Auch wegen Deiner Story und den katastrophalen Trustpilotreviews habe ich auf die Bestellung verzichtet. Ich hätte die Twin/Auf gehts wirklich wirklich wirklich gerne map ausprobiert, aber das ist mir zu heikel.
