Why You Should NEVER Shop With REBAG! - My REBAG Nightmare.

Hello everyone. I have been busy lately but I needed to share my recent REBAG experience. I have been shopping with REBAG for years and I am a diamond member on there and after this I will no longer be shopping with them. This happened in March but just as of a few days ago I have my money back but I am still out of a trade and they have sold my item as of yesterday! Please be cautious purchasing from them. We have been in communication since. ‪@thehandbaghousewife‬ told me about her and after watching her videos I would be sure to not shop with them again as well!

    Girl I'd be SOOOO UPSET. i cried over a 500$ bag that got delivered to the wrong house. If it was one of my LUXURY bags?! I'd be extremely upset.

    Girl I was SO upset because I was REALLY anticipating that bag😭😭😭😭and it was so freaking expensive!!!! I’m glad I was able to find the same style of bag on fashionphile and I was to get most of my money back. Still out of a luxury trade item though since they sold it despite the fact I have a case on them opened up with consumer protection services! Horrriblleee😭😭.

    I will admit I wasn’t as calm at the end of things 😂. I think I was just super dumbfounded in the beginning. I was shocked! In the final clip of this video I think you can tell I’m a lot more upset. When I first recorded, I felt more confident that Rebag would do their part but they didn’t all. I trusted God though. I knew I would get my money back! I’m still out of my trade but stressing about it won’t do me any good. Thank you so much for watching!! 💕

    Oh wow! They are the absolute worst! They are shady and they are seriously trying to steal and lie as their business model. I hope they close down because they are doing this to so many people. ❤❤❤. I’m so sorry this happened to you.

    That’s beyond awful!!! Please contact your credit card company and report it as a fraud. There is clearly an issue in their shipping department. I'm horrified they’d ship luxury bags without insuring them. Just a total collapse at all levels! So sorry this happened t you.

    Hello! Thank you so much for watching! Credit card company was contacted and provided evidence and they reversed the charges immediately! I was relieved. I’m still out of a trade, and they have since sold my trade and given me zero compensation!😞

    Oh wow, I've bought at least 5 things from them and did a trade no issues. But I've been seeing more and more horror stories on here so I think I will just accept my good vibes and move on from them for any future purchases. Rebag prices are better but fashionphile customer service is the best.

    I’ve been a Rebag VIP for about 3 years and, despite having a concierge who texts me about preview sales and my wish list, the customer service has definitely declined. I’ve NEVER experienced something like this… this is wild. I’m so sorry this happened!!

    Yes it’s crazy!! They text me too. Like clockwork. I’ve been buying with Rebag since 2016-2017! I’m baffled.

    My only experience with Rebag came recently when I purchased an item from them on eBay. They didn’t ship by the eBay specified date, so I requested they cancel the order. They sent back an automated message stating they would cancel upon request so long as the item hadn’t shipped which it had not. 4 days later they shipped it to the authenticator anyway!! eBay denied me a refund because the “seller provided proof of delivery”, which was to the authenticator not my home. I filed another claim with eBay and my CC company. The icing on the cake, Rebag reposted the same bag they had sold to me on eBay while this was going on.

    @@neebieslittleluxuries Haven’t gotten the refund yet. eBay stepped up and allowed me to return the item because Rebag basically violated their terms and conditions. Waiting for eBay to refund me. Absolutely awful business practices!

    This is shocking. If this was me I would be FUMING! I am based in England, UK so unsure how this would be resolved here, but Trading Standards could intervene if a case like this happened. This is the total opposite to getting a luxury experience. Honestly, SO glad you got your cash back

    What is trading standards? Is it like a consumer protection thing? We have consumer protection services per state which I contacted, but they’re a little limited in what they can especially in incidents like this. Rebag actually refuse to cooperate with them and talk to them. But mostly in these cases, we have to rely on our credit card companies being willing to refund us! Which I’m so glad they did! Thank you for watching! I was really mad after the initial filming of the first video when they were giving me a hard time! I honestly thought they would just refund me, but nope! They stole from me instead!

    Omg that’s so stressful 😭😭 I’ve been hearing a lot of tea on both rebag and fashionphile….selling fakes, replacing new items with old ones, etc. makes it hard to enjoy the pre-loved market 😭 I’m glad that the cc dispute worked out but it still seems like they owe you for the trade item??

    I'm thinking the reason Rebag wanted pictures of the packaging is to figure out if it could have been opened before you got it. That possibly it was stolen after the customer sent it. I have seen videos where packages have been opened during shipping transit and items removed and it's then been resealed in such a way the customer might not notice it had been opened. If this is the case, and it sounds like Rebag suspects so, then refunding you might take more time since they will in turn try to get the money from the shipping company instead of stopping payment to the customer.

    Unfortunately Rebag did not suspect that. When I brought that up, they refuted it. They did not want to open a case with FedEx To begin with, I did ask FedEx if they did and they did not. So, I presume they know they have a theft issue going on and are trying to keep every crumb they can. It took over 3 weeks and Rebag still refused to refund me. After I sent the images, they had nothing to say. I had to get a refund via the credit card company, Rebag refused. And the cherry on top was they kept my trade and sold it off hastily. They marked my case as “resolved”. Rebag is truly heinous.

    @@neebieslittleluxuries That's theft. You got your money bag for the bag they sold you, but since you didn't get the bag you bought, the balance should have been returned. Report them for theft to the police!

    @@annelisabethcom I would love to! But it’s so hard to do where they’re at. In New York. I sent everything to the consumer protection services of New York but I was told the only other thing I could do, is sue them. The services reached out to them, they didn’t comply. They could be investigated by them! Suing is expensive all in itself! It would end up costing me so much more than my trade they sold, was worth! 😭 It’s so unfortunate. I hope I can prevent other people from being scammed. It definitely sucks to feel cheated. They have a huge theft problem going on as of 2023! But it has BOOMED starting around November 2023. I looked them up on the BBB. F rating now. And it went to F fast!

    I've purchased twice from them and didn't have any issues. But I would be PISSED. I don't know how you paid, but I would contact your bank, credit card, or whom ever you used to pay and have them reverse the payment if you don't hear back from them SOON. I wouldn't allow them to yank my chain.

    Yes! I got my money back from the credit card company. They reversed the charges. However I’m still out of the trade I sent in. As a long returning customer of Rebag and a diamond member, I’m upset they would do this to me! I’ve done easily about $30-35K worth of purchases with them throughout all the years….been shopping there since 2016.

    @@ladyb7588 I have called and they don’t answer my calls any longer. Nor my emails. They actually sold my bag💔. I went to check the emails when I was reporting to the credit card company and getting my proof together, and it has a big fat SOLD on it!! Horrible. The only thing I can get back at this point regarding my bag is some sort of compensation. It’s so expensive to sue them too😞. I made this video so that hopefully other people don’t get duped by them as well! Horrible.

    Wow. I would check in with them. They stole my friend’s bags and never paid her but marked them all as checked in. I want to make to an update video to this because they still are being horrible. Disgusting company.

    The bought my Fendi backpack they gave me a quote bag was in great condition once they got the bag they claimed it had faults which it didn’t have and they lowered the amount by over 25% I don’t trust them

    Don’t use Yoogi’s closet, they are the associated with Rebag. Look at the stock photos they use, they are exactly the same. Also, be careful with buying on eBay because they sell on there as well! At this point some kind of class action needs to be filed. They keep doing this to people without repercussions. You are in New York and they are a NY company so you can try filing a small claims case. In CA you can file and proceed on your own without needing an attorney so you might be able to that in NY as well. Someone has to teach them a lesson and if the default you’ll can get a judgement in your favor.

    Yoogi’s is associated with them?! I’m shocked! I didn’t know that. Wow! I knew Rebag sells on eBay as well! Totally avoiding their eBay platform as well. I don’t personally live in New York, my partner does! Technically it was his card, and I’m an authorized user! It’s super expensive to sue them in New York 😞! Just so devastating us as customers put trust into these companies to be treated like trash! Thank you so much for watching.     Curious, I know FedEx weighs their packages when they scan them in(I think)? Since the box was empty, wouldn’t that reflect in the weight of the box?

    Perhaps? I didn’t check the weight! I know when making prepaid shipping labels, you input the weight and they just scan them through. However with all the stuffing that was in there, the way the empty dustbag was wrapped, and the size of the box, it wasn’t lightweight at all despite it being empty!

They wouldn’t be able to say someone from your household took the bag if the package was shipped weighing X amount 🤷🏻‍♀️ Good thing you filmed the entire unboxing 😉

    Glad to hear you will not deal with them! I recently was put into contact with She’s The Posh. She’s the one who gave me all the resources to report them to Consumer Protection Services! Grateful for her. I had no idea this was all going on because I was such a loyal customer I never even thought to look at recent reviews. Horrible company they’ve turned into!

    The box was empty… didn’t you think the weight of the box was weird and too light when you signed for it with the FedEx delivery guy?

    Not exactly. It was a big box so it had weight all on its own and it was stuffed extremely well and there was an empty dustbag. The specific bag I ordered I’ve never held in my hands or even seen in person, only ever online, so I didn’t know what it weighed or what to expect if I’m being honest. My first thought was not that it was an empty package especially because I’ve done loads of business with Rebag throughout the years

    Dispute the charge you will get nowhere with them. They sold me a fake Louis Vuitton strap and they did nothing. I no longer deal with them. Canceled everything with them.
