Keep at it. I built custom homes in Beverly Hills to San Diego for 10 years. I am a superintendent on large commercial projects now. It's a rewarding, stressful and a fun job. 🤙

Your job makes you walk a fine line for me. You seem to be walking in just fine. Make sure you don’t carry too many tools in your truck to get sucked into your subs jobs. From what I see you’re doing just fine.

I started in construction a little over a year ago, started working as a project manager for multi family with very little experience in construction but I worked free for 6 months. Now I’m running up 50 units at a time. It can be stressful but great for experience.

I’m also a project manager in Nashville. This is so true. It is a constant rat race throughout the day. I have 22 homes I’m building at one time and my company is always trying to give me more 🙃

Flooring guys best to work with? Must be nice, here it's all flooring companies that sell the product to the customer and then the install goes to the lowest bidder. Guys will smoke out an occupied building demoing tile and leave everyone else their mess
