    There are 3 pillars of a well-ordered life. In order of priority they are 1) spiritual life, 2) personal life and 3) professional life. All three need to be correctly prioritized, under control and in harmony with one another. If these become out of priority, or neglected, your life becomes out of balance and problems will ensue. Get these 3 pillars squared away and in harmony, then go date.

    It is more complex than that, because in most western countries godly women are decreasing at a historical rate, and within the circle of daily life, there might be none. In where I live, I barely see any woman of my age group in the church, anything else is pure abomination and there is plenty. My friend told me, don't lose hope, there is one single group of young catholic meeting every week, 40 people in total in a city with population of 400000.

    Great tips to build on! If I can add some more. Look for a woman who wants the same things you do, look more to fall in love with her person and not so much her looks. Pay attention to see if she’s open to getting to know you. If a woman shows absolutely no interest move on.

    I agree a 100% with all your points which is very helpful for all the Catholic single men out there, thank you so much🙏🏽🙌🏽 However, just want to say the reason am still a single Catholic is not because of anything you mentioned but that marriage is not destined for everyone like me even if I wanted to, I have to remain celibate and am not talking about the vocation of priesthood 😊 Whenever I look at a married couple or/and with kids, it makes me happy but also used to make me sad at the same time as it is something that I could not have. I am 45 years of age and have never ever dated anyone in my life 😊 I believe this is my cross I have to carry in this world for Jesus and also remind myself everytime that I am married to Him forever🙏🏽 Thank you for sharing this video! This is by far the best video for dating I have seen in years instead of these conmen “buy my course now and I promise you X, Y, and Z.” Any tips for struggling with lack of vision particularly hopelessness and depression as a single man? It’s something that I am part of the mass group of men just lost in life and would appreciate a video about how to find purpose and meaning in life. It’s what killing me in all 3 areas you mentioned despite praying the Rosary every night and receiving the Sacraments and reading the Scriptures. I accepted living in material lack since there’s alway chaos and lack of financial and career instability in my life yet I have no doubt God wants to make my soul Holy and pure.

    Thanks for the support! I would say this: God uses difficulties like that to purify us at times. Embrace the Cross! (I'll make a video on this soon) What I would say if you are struggling with depression is you need something to be excited about. You need something to break the routine. Sometimes our problems are less "spiritual" than they seem. Go on retreat, or vacation, or even just try eating at a different restaurant. This always helps me to break out of a funk! God bless you! :) I will pray for your friends.

    The reason I’m single is because I’m a convert from a broken non-Christian home and I’ve been forced to pull myself up by the boot straps and an individualistic every man for himself society working my ass off live paycheck to paycheck. How could I possibly consider going on a date marrying and starting a family when I can barely afford myself and the only individual in this entire universe, I can lean on for support at all times, and don’t say I can trust God or lean on him. I’ve been turning to him and pleading him for financial stability every day for 15 years to no avail. If Catholics want more men to marry and start families, then they need to start either helping young Catholic men find good paying jobs with benefits or start creating such jobs. “Pull yourself up by the boot straps.” Won’t cut it and will only lead to despair, more poverty, fewer marriages and a mass exodus of young men from the Church who otherwise would be holy men and start holy families

    Anyway I think another advice is patience. Especially nowadays a lot of men need to accept the fact that we are all going to probably marry a lot later. I think i wont get married till my early 30s tbqh depending on my life trajectory. But for the majority of the time working on your self and being prepared for your vocation regardless of what it is you should be open to a date or a relationship. Granted I asked someone out and got rejected still havent gotten one date though I had opportunities here and there but that was before I discerened what my vocation was. I think another one is to befriend the women now you may not marry or even date them right away asap or may not be interested or vice versa but that could change in time after all you want a good friend during marriage when everything else fades. But those are my 2 cents on the matter. I am still 23 but it is some good advice I learned in life.

    Bro you’re on POINT 👏🏾before my discernment to Priesthood, HUMBLY I’ve had many options to date as many women I wanted all because I was called being handsome and fit for most of my twenties lol. I started lifting weights young in my teenage years as an athlete so that helped lol but more so I was taught proper hygiene and physical appearance from my parents more of a cultural thing as a Haitian American which we take great pride in. Point being it’s all about self confidence, self-respect, high self-esteem, great hygiene, and good physical appearance to get a woman’s attention. Furthermore, if you’re a man of FAITH on top of all that, 😁GOLDEN because most, if not all, devout Catholic women will be interested in wanting you as a Husband and Father to their children that can protect, guide, and lead with complete trust because of the appeal. I’m not saying ALL Catholic men needs to buff up or be fit like Hulk Hogan or something lol because it’s not every man’s thing, HOWEVER; like this video describes APPEARANCE and HYGIENE says a LOT about a man to a woman. Dr. Taylor Marshall touches a bit on this topic as well if any person questions this video. Great video a lot of CATHOLIC men need to hear this from the looks of it. You can be as religious as you want, but if you’re looking to find a Catholic wife, you have to be intriguing enough for them to want you because how a man conducts himself says a lot about his character. Despite people knowing I’m discerning Priesthood, many of my friends especially secular female friends try to talk me out of it because they tell me I have amazing attributes to being an amazing Husband or Father one day. Obviously, I do everything for the glory of God and I want to fulfill His will and not my own to please the world but I’m just trying to make a point. I completely agree with this video because appearance, vision, and self peace are key factors finding the Catholic wife you want or need that God has destined for you. Amen 🙏🏾

    This is good advice but I do think this kind of advice is something a lot of men already know. What the real challenge these days is people giving real criticism to women. Most women these days are basically told they are perfect as they are and so the women have a false sense of entitlement. Women also need to be told to get into shape and wear feminine clothes like dresses. Women need to be told not to get into debt. What happens is when only men are told to "maxx" in looks, finances, etc, is the White Pill whereby they level up only to find out there aren't any worthy women available, so they maxxed for nothing. I am not being mean but I can definitely say that if I maxxed then most decent Catholic women would not qualify for me since an imbalance in a relationship is what breeds resentment. A man who is an overall 8+ will see the average woman as an overall 3+ and she will resent him if he's bringing to the table his looks, finances, etc, while she brings average looks, debt, baggage, etc. So really both genders need a good harsh but gentle talking to.

  • @Nick-rb1dc

    @Nick-rb1dc

    Ай бұрын

    One reason why God doesn't allow men or women to maxx too much is because they would be less open to more normal/average people whom might fit them quite well. This isn't to say mediocrity is the goal. Plus, even without seeing or knowing a man, online dating like Catholic Match shows most men don't get any views or responses from most women, and even in real life most average Catholic women will not give men a chance and won't put much effort to signal interest in a guy.
