I love that anime and manga. Found the manga by accident and 2 weeks later the anime started running. Even if you already know the story, the anime ist just as awesome as the manga in its anime way. Love the art there.
You're the only person I see that shares the love I have for this anime and I'm all for it!

It's been running slightly under the radar, but not *that* much. 8.93 and ranked #18 on MAL I will say that very many people keep talking about how this doesn't get enough attention :D

I also felt the change of pace in the second half of the season but it was still very good

Absolutely, the pay off is really worth the slower build up
Actually the setting is a mixture between chinese, korean and japanese elements.
