I decided to use them for my recently opened Etsy shop, not only for their quality etc. but because they had the best price on products and shipping in Canada. Hopeful they’ll expand their products

Really to Canada? Wow! I've been searching the POD suppliers especially for Canadian costumers and not much out there...as Printify and Printful, very expensive products, not much money you can make. I will try Gelato for my Wall Arts 😊

i bought a few stuff from them. had one damage and they issued a full refund. id say good products and customer service.

For t-shirts On Etsy Listings, under returns and exchanges, what should be put there? Something was published but it went to the Etsy store in Drafts. Not everythigng is filled out so it is not published on Etsy yet. Not all the mockups that was choosen showed up on Etsy either. Could you please make a video on what to do on Etsy in these types of situations, please? thanks Does the base price from Gelato also include the shipping costs? Who takes care of money back guarantees?

Does Gelato offer package branding or thank you card inserts for products?

I do believe Gelato charges taxes on your orders so if yo are selling on Etsy, you also get taxed. This means you get taxed on both gelato and Etsy which eats into your profits. Correct me if I’m wrong?

Hey Hogue fam, what’s the best way to decide on a POD vendor? I’m just starting up my POD business and can’t decide between Printify, Gelato, Printful and other one Ryan mentioned called Awkward Styles. Is it safe to say that they are all basically the same? Too many choices!

I wonder how well their apparel printing holds up after washing and drying...

Hey, I need your advice. I’m using Gelato as my POD company, and since they are worldwide, I don’t have a specific production location to put in the new Etsy requirements. How can we solve this? It looks like Etsy didn’t think of this situation.

Does anyone offer double sided prints where I can flip the image backwards on the backside?

Why when I’m connected to Etsy with gelato I can’t see no order in the gelato pages

Okay, this is a year old. Customily or Gelato? I am having a hard time with the cost of either, but hate doing personalized myself. I feel like Etsy is going heavy personalization in the future. Do both of them send out an email when the client personalizes? Or does one of them stream seamlessly?

Is there a program to automate Gelato with product creation? Their api doesn't support product creation and podconnect doesn't support Gelato.

When using them for Etsy, how do we know what zip code they'll be sending print-on-demand items from? Thanks (it is 2024!)

I made a great T shirt design for myself, on a shirt that appeared to be available here in France. Right at the end of the process when trying to ship, it suddenly wasn't! What a waste of my time.

Gelato is my go to!

In business never use the word Cheating. The potential participants will raise a red flag and ask themselves, am I committing a crime?. Another anecdote, when you do business with Japanese business companies and their business people, do not use the usual "this is a different ball game" Here the word "game" to Japanese is the opposite of serious business. The words "cheating" and "game" do not fit the bottom line "money" that is earned legally.

The problem I see. They are not real movies, which would be cool if you could? if you try to use real movies like Star Wars ect. Your platform will suspend you or ban you unfortunately. Take care.

How is that a problem? the style is what people want. It doesn't have to be a real movie. Also, if we actually used some creativity, we could make custom movie posters for consumers for Valentines day or such things. This is a very weird response.

don't they get paid when they charge whoever orders it... why should i be paying $$$ ??? no way staying with the other companies.

Your standard shipping rate calculation dose not work for paper products, 1 calendar ships for $12(CAD), why is it double for an order of 2? The weight difference is negligible and it's not double the packaging. Doesn't seem right, especially if you're able to discount shipping in your plans. I don't think shipping is where PODs should make their money.
