Why You NEED This Zoom Lens
For some reason I have never really heard anyone talk about this lens. I made this video hoping to shine some light on it. I think it is a perfect fit for any of you who need a cheaper but still professional lens. It's still not the cheapest thing in the world, but in comparison to those insane G masters it's about a third of the cost and I think it does a great job. I'll leave a link to this lens on MPB as well as Amazon, but I recommend MPB since it'll be cheaper there.

The Mark 2 edition of this lens was released six months ago, but great video! At half the price of the Mark 2, it's a good price. I find it surprising that these lenses haven't received sufficient attention on KZread; they are truly underrated. Personally, I prefer having a collection of f4 zoom lenses and individual prime lenses. This allows me to tailor my gear selection more precisely for each job, rather than lugging around those hefty 2.8 zooms. The versatility of f4 is often more than sufficient for the majority of situations.

The 70-200 Macro will be my next lens. It's too versatile to pass up.
I'ma get the Mk2. Size, Macro, and teleconverter compatibility are clutch. Good stuff, subbed.
