❓How many premium travel credit cards do you have in your setup? Which one is your favorite?

The $95 Aeroplan card was my best redemption...lie-flat Business YYZ-AMS roundtrip. Better than the AXP or CSR I owned at that time.

@@KevinYang I'm a big fan of Kimpton and Intercontinental hotels. Having platinum elite status has been great - getting room upgrades, free daily bottled waters, free welcome drinks, etc is fantastic. The FNC makes the card a no-brainer. I'll only use points if I'm staying at least four nights since the fourth night is free.

See my problem is you have to go to their portal, and go when they say and on what plane. ✈️ My thing is I go when I go , on my time not theirs . I just buy first class and bypass the hassle

How long do u have to wait after getting a new credit card to apply for another? I just got a venture x last month and already hit my spend amount for the sign up bonus. So now i want a chase sapphire reserve

It really varies, though personally I like to pace around 3 months (but I have done as short as 1 month~ before too)

For west coast folks, what you all think about the current welcome offer of Alaska Airlines credit card and the card in general? Is Alaska Airlines credit card still worth it? Especially after the new $6K min spend from year 2 to get companion fare?

Imo Alaska is still worth it, even with the latest points needed for those JAL flights. In terms of availability, that's where I see most Japan flights too!

Does the Capital One Venture X also have return protection?
