On your side, is it okay on your shoulder if you aren’t sleeping completely horizontal? Sometimes I wake up rolled halfway onto my stomach or back while sleeping on my side. To add to the conversation, an old video made me realize that my bed was simply too hard, and that was causing my shoulder pain. I’m very petite/thin, so my semi-firm mattress was really uncomfortable. I switched to a softer mattress that responded well to my weight and let me sink into it a little while being supportive, and that made all the difference. Thanks for all your help Bob and Brad!

@@thinkingimpaired5663 So far I have been very lucky with my herniated disks. After an MRI and physical therapy I had an epidural in my neck which so far (about 6-7 months) have completely relieved all my symptoms. However, have been suffering from a very stiff neck on the other side for a couple weeks now that isn’t related to my herniated disks. Man, getting old is not fun! Good luck to you. No offense, just a feedback. Also one suggestion, people are watching your videos are in pain, so avoid those unnecessary jokes which waste plenty of time, directly come on the point.
