Why You Have Chronic Gastritis: The Pathology of Gastritis

Chronic gastritis is one of the most common chronic conditions and can last for years or even a lifetime if left untreated. A wide range of different conditions and factors are known to cause or contribute to the development of chronic gastritis.
Helicobacter -associated gastritis is a primary infection of the stomach caused by Helicobacter bacteria. The most frequent Helicobacter species found in patients with active gastritis is Helicobacter pylori (H pylori). H pylori is also the primary cause of chronic gastritis. In this video we discuss the pathogenesis of H. Pylori mediated chronic gastritis and its progression over time.

The question is not very clear to me but Im assuming youre asking about the correlation between amygdala function and gastric function. Yes episodes of anxiety and stress can cause acute response of gastritis with increased GI and abdominal motility.

If you've been dealing with gastritis for two years and haven't seen improvement, it's essential to consult with a gastroenterologist. They can perform a thorough evaluation, including tests like endoscopy or blood work, to determine the underlying cause of your gastritis and recommend appropriate treatment.

Chronic gastritis that is not caused by H. pylori is often referred to as non-H. pylori gastritis. This type of gastritis can have various underlying causes and triggers. It's important to work with a healthcare professional to determine the specific cause and develop an appropriate treatment plan. Here are some possible factors that can contribute to non-H. pylori gastritis: Autoimmune Gastritis: This occurs when the immune system mistakenly attacks the cells in the stomach lining, leading to inflammation. It can be associated with autoimmune conditions such as pernicious anemia. Medications: Long-term use of certain medications, particularly nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen and aspirin, can irritate the stomach lining and lead to chronic gastritis. Bile Reflux: Bile, which is normally produced by the liver and stored in the gallbladder, can flow back into the stomach and cause irritation. Stress: Chronic stress can exacerbate gastritis symptoms by increasing stomach acid production and affecting digestion. Alcohol and Smoking: Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking can contribute to chronic gastritis. Dietary Factors: Certain foods, especially those that are spicy, acidic, or high in fat, can irritate the stomach lining and worsen gastritis symptoms. Other Infections: Infections other than H. pylori, such as viral infections, can also cause gastritis. Underlying Conditions: Conditions such as Crohn's disease, sarcoidosis, and granulomatous gastritis can lead to chronic inflammation of the stomach lining.

I have used CHARCOAL POWDER AND TABLETS extensively ...also for my underlying health problems after i got the pandemic jabb......The charcoal has been a game changer for me , however I realised that I shouldn't overdo it or take it too often because it does absorb some essential nutrients such as minerals and vitamins and it has made my eye sight worse .....but in small amounts every 3 days or so has helped me sleep better and feel lighter .it has really helped my stomach pain tremendously . I take 4g of crushed coconut charcoal 2-3 times a week before bedtime . I found that it also remains in my digestive tract for 2-3 days . I make my own charcoal because I don't trust the commercial tablets during this 'pandemic' period. Here's a list i compiled. Activated crushed carbon -, even after systemic absorption... Dose: 1g/kg, or 20-50g every 6 hours. (has an affinity for Organic, carbon containing substances) : Cadmium, Copper, Nickel, and Lead, Mercury, zinc, and chromium, carbon dioxide, iron, manganese, methanol, Polyethylene glycols, aluminum, Arsenic, phthalates, humic acid, tannic acid, tartrazine, acrylamide, formaldehyde, lithium, aspirin, carbamazepine, dapsone, dextropropoxyphene, cardiac glycosides, meprobamate, phenobarbitone, phenytoin and theophylline....
