The way Croc is standing over the criminal makes it look like he's hungry

I’m such a huge killer croc fan to begin with and I love how he’s almost part of the bat family, he never needed to become a supervillain he was treated like one and eventually became one. I love killer croc on team Batman it’s so dope!

Honestly so wildly interesting. This version of the Batman orgin story is amazing and turns si many different ideas on its head and brings in so many new and different fresh takes and ideas on so many of the characters abd relationships we love and have gotten use to. Definitely loving some of the fresh ideas and takes here

Honestly, 3 is all we needed. The story was tight, well written, drawn, the pacing was great and it gave us just enough of “Bruce Wayne as a noob” while leaving open the rest as a mystery, amazing!

I hope Rob does the rest of Earth One. In some ways it is DC’s attempt of making an ultimate universe of there own. It has some interesting interpretations of DC’s heroes. One of my favorites is Earth One’s Green Lantern.

I'm loving this series and that Batmobile is perfect for this type of story, an adapted supercar, using what is available, more grounded. It also runs as a metaphor for this Batman.

DC definitely needs to get this going on a more regular basis. Its amazing and needs more if a spotlight out on it and all the funding and love it deserves

i actually love and gotta give it props to the story telling and world building of this series. its honestly very creative and not our typical god knowledge level batman, its a very human like batman. which i know has to be a bit risky to write, but i respect it.

This series is downright amazing. I can't wait for the 4th volume. Glad to see some DC stories worth covering right now.

Nothing neats the Michael Keaton 1989 Batman Mobile. Now That car was iconic. Most if the rest just look like modified tanks and/or Classic Muscle Cars. The 89 Mobile was originally and still unique.

11:49 I love the fact that Catwoman looks like she could be a superhero. Cuz technically, she does do good and gives her stolen money to the poor a la Robin Hood. I think the idea that Selina sees herself as a hero Is a good take.

The Batmobile is too "sport".But still looks cool.I really liked this alternate universe of The Bat.Props to Reeves to take inspiration from this.🦇

Great video series so far; I'm really growing to like your channel: great job here, no notes- one note... "batman gives him the thousand yard stare" you keep saying that phrase but i do not think it means what you think it does... Batman is known to glare, to stare intensely, intimidatingly; with the visible bodily tension of someone ready to do violence. A Thousand Yard Stare is a blank almost expressionless look a war veteran makes when they become lost in thought about the past it's usually tinged with sadness or regret, it's not a thing you give to someone, it's more a thing that takes a persons own personality in that moment.

Man it sucks that there's no more :( I would have loved to see the rest.

The batmobile fits into the art style which is more grounded in reality - it looks like a performance car built on a off the shelf chassis.

“I’m nobody” is strangely genius. He’s never had an official *real* identity. John Doe, Jack Napier, Joe Chill, Jack Oswald White, Arthur Fleck, even Alfred and a few others where you just don’t know at all! There’s so many backstories, and he’s almost never the same person. So saying I’m nobody is awesome. I know this line is used for spiderman, but it works here, too. Anyone can be the Joker.

"I need that phone!" The Bat phone! We all need it! It'd be cool to see it sounds like the Batwave from the animated series The Batman.

I got chills with "I'm nobody".

Only other time I can think of Batman digging up a grave is in Under The Redhood when he wanted to know if Jason was still buried at his cemetery.
