Now that I really think about it, the X-Men Film Series had SO MUCH missed potential. Scrapped characters, scenes, entire installments, surely at least some of them could've been utilized well. EDIT: I've come realize the root of this stems from most of Fox's decisions.

Another weird coincidence about the Scarlet Witch/Quicksilver situation is that Elizabeth Olsen and AJT played a romantic couple in Godzilla 2014, right before Age of Ultron, which just adds to the weirdness of it all. Also, predictions for the Indiana Jones Iceberg -Weird Comic Storylines (such as the one that ends with Nazi Zombies or the Star Wars crossover.) -Weird Novel Storylines (Like the one where Indy finds living dinosaurs in Mongolia.) -Indy and Marion’s VERY uncomfortable age gap, as suggested by George Lucas.

I forgot just how bizarre the X-Men can be, to the point where it feels weird that they’re in the same setting as Spider-Man and the Avengers if I’m being honest. I never realized how many cancelled films there were. Just goes to show how much of a clusterfuck the studio was prior to the Disney buyout. The Softserve entry broke my brain lmao. Perfect fodder character for a Deadpool story tbh. As for the Linda theme song situation, I’m inclined to believe it’s just a coincidence. The likelihood of the composer for X-Men watching an obscure (for North American audiences at least) post-Soviet Hungarian television show released just a couple years prior is… slim, to say the least. I enjoyed this video quite a bit! Always enjoy learning more about these kinds of topics. Looking forward to the Indiana Jones iceberg! I’ve always been a fan of that franchise despite only liking 2 out of the 5 films lol. The Emperor’s Tomb absolutely slaps to this day.

Watch X-men 97 man. I didn’t watch the other seasons either and found it VERY easy to get into and understand the previous plot point. Hell they even explain it through exposition sometimes. All you gotta know is the X-men characters and that’s it

i dont know if youve watched the og xmen cartoon but you dont need to watch it to watch xmen 97, it adds up to the enjoyment but it aint super required, i watched it with having the vaguest memories of the og cartoon and i liked it a lot

The uppercase X and M in The Gifted's titles likely weren't eventually going to spell Xmen across future seasons, it's more likely just using X and M the usual way Marvel does, like with House of X, Powers of X, X-Gene, Xternals, etc. and M-Day, House of M, The Bishop timeline's M tattoo, etc.

because every interview talking about it says it's not. I've seen A Bit of Everything's video on the X-Men timeline and I do agree it fits nicely into the timeline (probably I didn't watch the show) but it's technically not officially canon.
