Fck yes! All these tax people mentioning open an LLC get it twisted like everyone is gonna sue you. 1st time watching your videos but I’m gonna binge. Appreciate the free value. Please continue to drop these videos for beginner content creators. We need this. See you at the top 💪

A LLC is important of u have potential liability. Don’t start a food service business without an entity insulating u from potential claims. If ur not infringing on copyrights, then there is minimal liability in the t-shirt business, so move accordingly.

YALL THEY R SPEAKING FACTS esp if u live in a state like california where its 800 here 270 there YEARLY just to have an llc for the year!!!! i am being so much more intentional after my FIRST business didn't even go live because i set everything up and realized after paying for a lawyer - another 700 dollars haha - that my trademark had too many conflicts with people of similar businesses!!!! Things u learn along the way but i really appreciate this refreshing perspective and hope the word gets out more... all my business conferences told me to get an llc before i even had my business idea, or a following, or money coming in... haha wishing everyone success! truly :)

I got a DBA instead because you don’t need a llc for what we are doing.

Please don’t forget you have to pay $400-$800 A Year Anually to either The Secretary Of State or Franchise Tax Board. Or it will double/fees/fines

Bro what if you work for a POD print on demand or for Ebay.. how is it that you can get sued.. when you work for these companies without a llc?

The point of the LLC vs your credit is the fact that the bank won't give you $250k besides a mortgage or student loan lol

What if you pay money to the govt every month for a child ? Is it best to get an LLC

but what if you have a unique name, wouldnt you want to secure an llc and trademark for it?

If you really believe in it, sure, but chances in someone stealing it before you prove it’s proof of concept is very unlikely.

A lot of places like Bella Canvas require a EIN # and other places require a resale license # to actually buy wholesale.
