Why women feel like they "don't have a right" to work on their goals (and what to do about it)

Many women feel pulled between caregiving duties and work--and this can lead to a frustrating feeling of pressure to 'always be doing something else'. Here's how you can shift your mindset in order to make mental space for your goals and to feel more justified in having them... even as a woman.

Oooh happy (late) birthday 🎉 I am enjoying hearing your thoughts and encouragement, and I think you raise some very valid points. Even with my children living in their homes now I still struggle to make time that is mine, we really are trained to care for everyone but the omission that it includes us does us no favors.

Hey just curious but where are you based? Obviously you don't have to say publicly but I wondered if you were close by!
