It also depends on the locality. For 2bhk we pay 2500 in Halifax…it’s an old city so the buildings are old… if you want to live in new buildings no way you can get 2bhk for 1500 dollars

It depends how you searched and where you are looking for, I know friends who moved recently in Killams property for 2 huge bedroom paying 1800+. I myself got many units within 1700

Bro , you are giving incorrect information. Where are you getting 2 bed in $1500 in or around halifax. They are now cost more than &2000 and that are too shortage. I know 20 families who spent more than month in hotel to get the apartment. Also where you getting a good detached house under 300k. So please donot misguide people’s.

Thanks for your feedback ! This video is based on our experience. Although housing was very tough during Covid times, but now it is coming to normalcy. In my circle I haven’t seen anyone who didn’t find a home and spending >$1500, and everyone has moved here in last 6 months 😊

Our health care system is broken, we pay the highest taxes/ cost of living in the country and 100,000 people don't have access to a Dr along with a housing crisis and crime sprees are going up.

You need to check CIC website for that. As of now up to end of Feb, you can convert visitor visa into work permit if you can find a job.
