It is a very big responsibility and there are hardworking people out their who fullfil it despite a very suppressing system at the cost of no time for their family, not any adequate gains. The medias condition is same as that of Police.... The truth is told no one joins politics for social work.... Or even if they join for that they somehow gets entangled in corruption and thus need for power, status comes automatically. India's political system is totally influenced by British govt. Under british govt the law makers were british people and now they are replced by Indians... But the system hasnt changed just the people ruling over the nation has changed!!!!! Hence the media also follows the same, people in media are striving for their living hence they do somekind of "jugad" From politicians which inturn also protect them. So you see how corruption in entangled. Thanks to British Govt 🙂 for strategically deteriorating the law and order system which no one realizes or very few!! The britishers not only looted properries but also the humanity over its reign of 200 years. I am a constable in cisf. what he said is totally true. we are no different from state police in terms of serving officers and their families and all the other things he mentioned. since the time I have joined the force I feel like I'm not doing for what I were recruited for. You don't have a social life if you are the lowest rank(ct/hc) of any force specially in army and paramilitary. I really like how nitish bhai explain things. And his perspective of viewing things which I don't often see in other intellectuals. Keep up the great work, I subscribed him after watching his video on tiktok vs youtube. And ha.. @Ankush Mukherjee My intention is not to demotivate or demoralise anyone and it may look like that I'm spreading negativity about force but that's not my intention. there are some difference in state police and cisf or any paramilitary constable/hc. I can't tell much about state police as I'm not a member of it but as in comparison I would suggest you to choose s.tate police over cisf cstbl. as you won't have to do unnecessary fatigue(physical work) during and after duty which you won't be doing it in state police but still you'll have do standby duty on different posts. And if I talk about Asi cisf, you should go for it as it is much better than police constable. You'll be given few constable with whom you have to perform different work at different time. like foot patrolling in plant where you will be the incharge. and gate duty, frisking on airport and metro etc. other than that you won't have to do any physical work but you'll to have attend fall-in.

मेरे साथ तो बोहत बकवास अनुभव रहा है पुलीस के साथ सिर्फ शक हुआ तो मुझे ले गये जब सबुत नही मीले तो छोड दिया और इस सब मॅटर मे 8-10 दिन लग गये मुझे जॉब से निकाल दिया फिर जीसने कांड किया था ओ भी पकडा गया बाद मे मैने बोस को फिर जॉईन करणे के लिये कहा तो उसने पुलीस स्टेशन से लिखा के लाने के लिये कह दिया जब मैने पुलीस से request किय तो पुलीस ने 10 दिन तक और घुमाया फिर भी लिख के नही दिया अगर एक पेपर दे देते तो नौकरी भी वापीस मिल जाती या फिर बोस से फोन पर बात कर के ये भी बता देते की ये बच्चा बेकसुर है जीसने कांड किया वो पकडा गया बात feb 2020 की बादमे lockdown लग गया और अभि तक खाली हु भाई
