It’s ruining your recovery because instead of taking the steps to recover and doing the work, you use it as a crutch to cope with the momentary anxiety. I’m guilty of that.

I can definitely say that watching anxiety videos only reenforces that we have an issue. Once we have the knowledge to recover, then we need to take the tools and put them in practice.

When I’m experiencing a setback, I definitely use these vids as a coping crutch. But they do give me that burst of confidence that keep me going.

I started watching your videos and they’ve helped me a lot to the point where I felt motivated everyday to wake up and watch you .. yes I realized today it’s not healthy you’ve showed me all the tools and knowledge but I starting using your videos as coping crutch it’s time to open a new chapter in my life with all the tools you’ve given me… I would love to be in one of your recovery videos when I get there! Thanks a lot Shan

Off course we would like mentorship and your content is highly appreciated it helps alot. That being said some transparancy regarding pricing for mentorship would help to make the final decision. The problem for many, including me is i lost my job because of this and financial stress is real.

This is absolutely 100% me. But, I’m not ignorant to it, so I’ll give myself that. I need the guidance and mentorship. I will say though, I have put some of your videos to practice to just sit with the anxiety and it’s definitely helped not prolong my panic and that was a positive step forward.

100% guilty of this...When I'm sensitized, give me all the anxiety videos, books, techniques. It's all consuming. When I'm having a good day, I couldn't care less about anything anxiety related. It's a loop I'm having difficulty getting out of.

I totally understand you. I am at that stage. A remedy i have found is when I am in upbeat mood, I remind myself from time to time I need to accept everything and not be carried away by the positive feelings too much. I mentally prepare myself for bad days on such days. Then when I have bad days, I tell myself remember you were expecting them, here they are, so no point in getting surprised or frustrated. Then I tell myself the good days are only a hoax, they make us sort of manic, not truly stable or happy, and it is the bad days which are a blessing in disguise and enable us to practice, accept and finally get the stability back. Hope this helps.

Another way to cope with this is, watch the videos when you are NOT feeling bad/anxious, to keep perspective. And implement/put them into practice when you are feeling anxious. Reverse the technique.

But but buttt Shaan this is important to note that whether you put in all this in action at the momemnt of panic attack or any symptom pop up we just get robbed. And what i often find out is i dont remember what i have to do at the momement or what steps i have to follow at the time. So thats also a reason why people watch some of these vidios once twice a day. What would you like to say about it.

i’ve been in this cycle for close to 2 months and i can say i have really recovered a lot today i went back to play pubg and expected a panic attack but NO it didn’t happen it felt like i wanted it to happen but it didn’t it was super weird but i got through it safe and sound but i dont know if i still have the fear of the smell of weed because i haven’t smelt it in a while also i want to ask How do i let go of the feeling of anxiety if i feel like i can do without crutches because at this point, i get an unwanted sense when watching anxiety videos like. Why am i still watching this when i feel so much better? Yes i am at this stage so it like i’m out of the cycle but still remember the anxiety experience even though i plan and ready to move on with life

Look due to overthinking our brain nerves gets sensitize and create chronic stress and due to all this we face anxiety like high BP and all symptoms.... So u have to understand that ur nerves are more sensitive.... And to normalise ur nerves ( desensitizee) ,, u have to control overthinking and stop all fixing method of Anxiety and start to live slowly ur nerves will desensitizee... I would suggest you to take shaan kasam mentorship program,,u will understand and get out of it... Medicine is not method to beat anxiety,, but if u feel more intolerance then u can take but don't trap in medicine... Join shaan kasam,,i would highly recommend
