Rebuild is going at a breakspeed pace. Hopefully in 2 years we will be back in the playoffs.

We need to keep Kispert, he’s our only real 3pt threat outside of KUZ and JP; he moves well without the ball…though he’s a liability on defense, he’s a key piece to our offense!!!

I mean it’s not like we want to win more games….the former players and kuz will eventually be gone/moved. this is definitely a OKC type rebuild they will build through the drafts the next few yrs. if they can get some good picks for him he’s good as gone 😂

@@marcasino3117 yes but I clearly see a OKC rebuild…they will go young and build through the next few drafts with alot of young versatile lengthy talent…Ace bailey/Cooper flagg if not the next best player after them…Sarr at the 4 so draft a 5 or go after Sarr brother in OKC who plays center and have similar game.

kispert has no reason to be traded..he def fits the timline in this rebuild..he is crazy young and a sharpshooter. KEEP HIM

His game doesent revolve around athleticism… many shooters who played well into there 30s. Having said that I’m not mad they are testing the waters

Rosters are full on a lot of teams. Don't see a team giving anything of value for Kispert. So he stays, but trade deadline might be different.

Brandon, you had a episode around trade deadline about Tyus Jones to the Magic that I think if worth a revisit. I think a sign and trade with them makes a lot of sense with how the Magic are financially atm and that they are looking to compete now. They are a defensive first team that can compensate Jones' lack of solid d and height AND they kinda need a PG with Suggs.

Now I'm going to say this how many former wizards players have to win a championship with another team before this new wizards brass stops that shit from happening because are fan base is tired of giving up on solid players like Corey

Kispert doesn't fit the timeline just like deni. will they get enough assets for him is another question.

If you get him on a Deni/Kuz declining deal, I'd consider keeping. If not, and get a 2025 or 2026 first for Kispert, and not have to take a distressed asset back, tip the Uber driver to the airport well.

Sign and trade Tyus Jones to San Antonio. Wizards get Julian Champagnie and Jordan Clarkson from Utah Jazz. Corey Kispert is a keeper who will start next season.
