Trump is guilty of many things, such as poor judgment on January 6, and paying hush money. But these trials are politically motivated and would not have been brought if he was not running for president. The biggest crime here is the Democrats politicizing the criminal justice system. Biden won easily in 2020, and nothing has happened to make that less likely. Whatever Trump does doesn't convince more people to vote for him, it just riles up the people who already support him, and basically reminds people who voted against him before that they better get out and vote in 24. Basically, all the people inclined to vote for Trump already did. There are no new Trump voters.

totally agree! That entire assumption of hers is based on a seemingly inherent bias re such things, which i dn't think exists. While its true that i think Biden has said a couple strange-o things (like in the lead up to invasion of Ukr), i'm not sure we can call it all gaffs. Probably he's too honest, is one fault, but many ppl like that, even though it actually often can backfire somewhat. Looking in from Australia, as much as I think Trump is a disgusting excuse for a Human, I wasn't surprised at all the he won in 2016. Everyone laughed when he rode down that escalator, they then said; "Oh he won't make it past the the primaries", and then "he 'll fail at the next step" and so on. When speaking about it here I said don't right him off. I think he was a disaster, but he was certainly entertaining. I don’t know how polls are conducted. I have the impression that most polls rely on land line phone calls. This approach, if true, limits the field of potential poll respondents and seems to predetermine an outcome. I am retired I have both a land line and an I-phone. I don’t answer my phones, and require that callers leave a message and I seldom return calls. I wouldn’t respond to a poll phone call. I am a Democrat and don’t recall receiving poll phone calls, but I live in a state that seldom elects a Republican, and only does for a rural low population congressional district.

Trump and Biden are neck and neck in the polls with Trump ahead by about 1 percent. That suggests that Trump will win the election without any mental gymnastics. Not only is Trump ahead, but that lead had been fairly consistent for about 6 months. Of course polls in May or not votes in November.

You are right in your thinking. I would say it is just an educated guess...taking a small sampling from a very large population! That's about it! I actually did this sample approach when I moved out of the suburbs and up into the mountains of So CA. It was a fairly accurate study, but a small sampling. I did have to take into account the variations within the sampling which were 3 super markets. So, I chose various items that all 3 stores sold. Then I also had to choose from varieties such as will it be produce, meat, Bakery, frozen, etc. But, overall...my conclusion did come close enough! But, you are right. Not accurate...just a basic guideline for my neighbors & tourists where I live😇💕

Biden 👇10% Kennedy ☝️10% (ish). So It’s perfectly conceivable that the implication within my question remains intact. Possibly republicans that lent their vote to Biden in 20. But of course a vote for Kennedy is half a vote for trump. As the election grows closer one would hope that constituency would consider the danger of allowing another Trump term, because it will make his first one look statesman like.

@@dennisweidner288 seems to be slightly more from biden if I’ve read the figures correctly. Although as you say, it can’t be 100% clear. Will be interesting to see how that cohort changes intention closer to zero hour. I’d prefer it to be young democrat voters switched at present as you’d think they would switch back in order to prevent a trump win. But I’m not clued in enough to the constituency that I mention in my previous post to know how much they tend to be genuinely concerned about another Trump term as opposed to unable to vote for him personally. Crazy times. Let’s see how it develops and what if any genuine impact a likely upcoming guilty verdict has. Whether those people that said they wouldn’t vote for a convicted criminal meant it or were too embarrassed to admit otherwise to the pollsters. Oh boy…..what a time to be alive 😳

Not everything is what you call propaganda. I can tell you things Trump has done to me personally (including my family members, my state of California, neighbors, etc etc). So you think you know it all! You had better choose wisely when you go out and vote. Why...because you are one of many representatives for the people. Not only here in America, but the world). So think twice before you place your mark on the Anerican ballot!!!

Look in Philadelphia if I go to the far north east and ask 100 Trump maybe up 6 to 8 points. But if they go to lower north east north Philadelphia. Then Biden up by 20. So the polls means nothing

@@mf8662 I was not expressing an opinion. I was referring to the polls. The polls may be right or wrong, but the fact that the polls are favorable for Trump was not an opinion. I was referring to actual data. President Trump has his issues. I am not happy with some of his rhetoric. And I am concerned about dividing the country and it is a primary reason I have come to support Trump. Just this week compare Biden and Trump. Biden was at Morehouse University in Atlanta. He told the students there that they live in an unfair country because of racism. That they had to be ten times better than a white person,. And that they had no real chance in our country. At the same time, Trump was in the Bronx where he said he did not care about a person's color and talked about being an American. It seems to be the whole focus of Biden and the Democratic Party is dividing Americans and making everything a racial issue. We even see the result of the Democratic identity politics with the rise of anti-Semitism on our major university campuses. Now for me personally, the inequities in America are a a major concern. And I would like America to do something about them. But I see the Democrats as making no effort to understand the causes of those inequities, but only to pander and use race-baiting campaigning. Racism is part of the problem, but we have come a long way in America and there are other matters that have to be addressed if we are to reduce those inequities and not just use race-baiting to win elections.

The more the people at his rallies recognize that he spews nonsense and refuse to vote for him, the better a chance there is of sidestepping the pitfall of a - heaven forbid - second Trump term. Given the abuses Trump supporters ignored while he was in office, I'm not sure that's true. However, that's not a reason not to prosecute him for falsifying business records, which should be treated as a crime in itself, no matter what the reason it was done.

Clinton was openly sabotaged by Comey when he announced he was re opening a closed investigation into her just 8 days before the election. The 2016 election was openly stolen by Republicans, as was 2000. Trump should never have been president.
