Very interesting. Soft power can be powerful. Take Halloween for example, an American festival that spread across the world. In reality, it started in ancient Ireland, so now there's a big move by Ireland to tell this to the world with the "Ireland Home of Halloween" campaign. It moved to America with Irish immigrants, which changed and built upon Irish traditions.
