    Just to make the gnashing fang combo Slightly faster And feel A little bit better Like Can it be Like 0.5secs faster on its gcd during the combo So continuation feels less clunky

    I was not surprised at the pace of updates and statements. I was surprised to see how much BLM got buffed and memed on it being Yoshi P's favored job like everyone else, but the job was in a rough place prior to the buffs and it needed some serious adjustments. Just like with the PvE content through the years the team will endear its PvP players through care and attention and the mode will thrive for it.

    I do think Black Mage could have used some change to be A or S tier, but I feel like it was plenty strong enough before the changes to be competitive, maybe just a bit boring and stiff. But as you mentioned the attention assures us balance is well in progress!

    @@AriAnemos "Plenty strong before" Then PRE-PATCH, Between an Optimal RDM and an Optimal BLM. Which would you rather have on your team and on the enemy team? Cause Thats how match making does it. A caster will likely always get matched with another caster.

    I did sole Mnk to crystal (only 400 though) and I hope they add a few QOL Changes soon at least. 1 or 2 seconds to pressure point duration would be nice something for Riddle of Earth to give even like 10% of damage taken if not used and every 3rd hit in the combo giving riddle of wind instead of it solely being tied to thunderclap

    That's a good idea for Riddle of Wind and combo interaction, gives incentive to roll more, may feel less clunky.

    @@AriAnemos that's similar to what they did for alot of pve aoe abilities. It just feels so bad to let it die off and you don't have to have the ogcd lock every engagement.

    When it comes to nerfs, I'm a big proponent of waiting and let the meta settle instead of rushing another patch. Sure BLM is overpowered and needs nerfs, but players will still figure out the best way to counter them if you wait long enough, just like how players became much better at dealing with WAR, DRG, SAM and WHM as weeks passed. (Are those even still considered broken?) That will help the devs make the right nerf for them so the job is still strong and fun without being broken. Personally I'm not sure they should revert ALL of BLM's buffs as they seem to be alluding they will. (If they want to fully revert something, they're welcome to revert PvE SAM changes though.) But I agree the communication on PvP so far has been good news. Although I'm not convinced FFXIV can ever become a PvP powerhouse MMO as long as it has big snapshotting, no action combat and no active blocking or dodging, but 6.1 has certainly turned PvP from a meme or a niche into something everyone can enjoy. This is by far Endwalker's biggest surprise yet for me, I didn't expect PvP to ever be this fun in FFXIV.
