Why the VT 6.0 is the BEST Lamborghini Diablo ever made!

Final And Most Desirable Iteration Of Lamborghini’s Diablo

One Of Approximately 296 Produced Worldwide
LMC is very proud to offer for sale this 2001 Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0
For its final year of production, the Diablo 6.0 VT was introduced and thanks to Audi’s financial and engineering support, the VT 6.0 has proved to be the highest quality Diablo ever offered. The final production run of Diablos were equipped with a 6.0-liter version of the Lamborghini V-12. Updated ECU software and new intake and exhaust systems, in conjunction with a refined variable valve timing system, allowed the power plant to produce a staggering 575 horsepower. A five-speed manual was the only transmission on offer. Improved drivability and increased luxuries were other important focal points of the car’s development. Adjustable seats and steering wheel now meant that the occupants could sit in greater comfort. Single-pane electric power windows and an unblocked rear window allowed the driver to view out of the car, with vastly improved visibility over the Countach. Only 296 approximately were produced worldwide making these 6.0 VT’s one of the rarest and desirable modern Lamborghini’s.
This example offered for sale is presented in the ultra-rare Blu Hera paint of which very few were ever produced and remains one of the most desirable colors. The cockpit is trimmed in a beautiful Gray leather complemented by blue carpeting and a blue leather dash. The interior was outfitted with the optional carbon package including blue weave carbon fiber dash trim, door sills and carbon fiber/leather perforated steering wheel. To the left of the steering wheel, is the factory front suspension lift system which helps lift the front nose to clear speed bumps. The interior remains today in exceptional condition for its age and shows very little signs of any wear. Under the rear bonnet, is the massive 6.0L V-12 engine that sends power to the gated 5-speed manual transmission. The exhaust note of the naturally aspirated V-12 sounds incredible and unlike anything offered for sale today. This car has remained under single ownership for over 10 years and has only accumulated 8,085 miles on the odometer. The factory wheels are still wrapped in the original date coded Pirelli tires furthering proving the authenticity and low mileage. Included in the sale are the original owner’s manual, warranty booklet, alpine booklet, driving gloves, belts and fuses.
In our opinion, Diablo’s have been undervalued in the collector car market for a long time but are starting to be recognized by collectors because of their gorgeous bodywork, limited production and overall presence. This beautiful example is a blue-chip example being one of very few in desirable Blu Hera, exceptional shape, low mileage and fully documented. A rare opportunity to own one of the greatest Lamborghini’s ever produced out of Sant'Agata and surely a car that will continue to be appreciated for years to come.

What's your favorite Lamborghini or exotic car? Let us know below!
I remember reading about the improvements of the Diablo in real time. The magazines would arrive at the house and I would read about the Diablo over and over. Timeless, gorgeous.
3:23 to anyone who will buy this Diablo VT6.0 you should change the tires if these are the original tires since it left the factory. Tires should only be used for 2 - 3 years limits of use because it is made of rubber and it has an expiration. Rubber is not forever. Those tires already lost its grip. Do not drive this one fast.
What a beautiful all original lambo! Thank you for reviewing this car, LMC!
I will never forget when I first saw it on the road in 2001 in Washington, D.C. in driving through Georgetown. All black. My dream was born right there. I ended up meeting the guy who sold it to the man I saw driving it.
Great video! I like the Gran Tursimo menu music splashed in lol.
Do you need one , want one….Love it guys! Thanks for keeping Tom alive!
Great HD presentation and energy.....keep up the great job Team Klute 🍻💯💰💰💰
This video should have had 12 Million views by now! Lamborghini is so popular and their Diablo is iconic. A video that is so underrated.
Beautiful video/review . Good job

Diablo without pop up headlights is not Diablo.

Wow that is an amazing example!
Awesome, and you fired it up ;-)
“Most iconic part for your age…” I thought you were gonna say, roll up windows. Sorry I’m old. Great video! Thanks!
I like the looks of the pre 2001 Diablos better.
Excellent review. Still the early 2 WD are so much rawer, cooler, basic and Lambo-Style!
I always like the 99 Diablo because they have the upgraded interior with a spoiler on the back and quad exhaust. The new ones are nice
I think the Murci is my all time favorite! This VT is a close 2nd!!!
Did this Diablo ever sold and if so may I ask how much?
Thank you. Love the Ford GT!
4:40 Your background music is the music in Gran Turismo 4 for the Playstation 2 if you are on the world map.
The last Diablo for 2001 was the best, Lamborghini Diablo forever, I wonder if they come out with the roadster version, the final edition it's a pretty cool car
Really Goes ,But Doesn't STOP Very Well...My Exact thoughts on My Former 03 SVT TERMINATOR,w/ Just Dual Piston Calipers in Front & Single Piston in Rear. For a Top End Car of 165-170mph.Saleen Started Putting Quad Piston Front & Dual Piston Rears on their Upgraded Saleens in 96..-97
3:27 the sound of Gran Turismo 2 for the Sony Playstation released in 1999 a 2 disc racing game. This music is when you are in your garage.
Thank you, as always. Favorite exotic? Lamborghini Contach or Ferrari 288 GTO. I know, I know, there are quicker/faster/better handling examples, but these were the “poster cars” of my youth.

If Lamborghini have a lot of money back in the day, this VT6.0 and GT might a good challenger against the F1 of Mclaren.
Beautiful color on this VT... Probably very rare color cus I haven´t seen this one yet... Is that Lambo for sale??? The best oldie supersport ever made by anyone... The second one is Porsche 911 turbo 930 1985 - 1987 in black color, third one is Bugatti EB 1.. and the last one is Ferrari F40... Longer lasting driving video next time please... Petr from Czech, Europe...
And every 300zx fan boy will be sure you know they have the same headlights as the 300zx
Beautiful but you probably want to get some new tyres 😂

TRUE! The tires they put on it back in 2001 are expired. It will put your life in danger because those tires lost its grip being expired!
The DIABLO was based on a model designed by Marcelo Gandini (Designer of the MIURA and COUNTACH) named CIZETA MORODER (Claudio Zampoli, Giorgio Moroder) wich became after by LAMBORGHINI, PROJECT 132 before finally renamed... DIABLO.
It’s designer had to have design the Cizetta 16
FORGET the 4WD, you want the 2WD the high horse power engine,
Original Tyres? 20 year old Rubber on a Supercar without ESP is very dangerous.
Yup yup yup yup
Headlights are out of a 300 ZX. They even say Nissan on them
Ajeeee, tak to zase dostanu pokutu :D Vždycky když ukazujete všechno, co budu mít, je pokuta :D a nebo mě okradete :D Co ta peněženka? Jak to dopadlo?! Máte na ní už nahoníno? Jak vypadá věštba?! :D
Tires should not be older than 8 years usually
Nissan 300z headlights
MurcielaRgo??

Controversially, I prefer the 300ZX headlights.

so ugly
Are these the actual first tires ? I wouldn't drive that car on such old rubber. Thats suicide.
With all the curves is was the female version of the Countach but from a now perspective the Murcielago dna is all there.
No sir, the best version of that car is the Diablo V T Roadster
Dude..Watch that turn! or you might end up in the "Weed"...
i can't watch the video anymore when you keep saying "Dee-Ya-blow". It's Dee-aw-blow!
Who brags about having 22 yo tires? the thing needs some ps4s’s…
The fact that it has no rear wing and it's a damned stupid hardtop makes me not want it. I would rather have a Diablo V T Roadster
Sv is best Diablo.
That engine feels like a gemstone... Diablo VT - the best oldie Lambo made... Nowadays it´s Centenario for sure especially in light and dark blue color combo... That´s a real blast!!! Another great Lambos are: Murciélago, Huracán... Bad Lambos: Gallardo (babylambo for a woman), Aventador - bad gearbox and shifting - not flexible engine when gearing (shifting up), it delays, it doesn´t react appropriately, big deaf pause between the gears, Veneno (Batmobile) really awful design... Petr from Czech, Europe...
great video, dude, i dont know why Audi not build this version of this car instead make new ones from zero, THEY WOULD SELL THOUSAND OF THIS CARS, well, cool channel and work, congrats, i suscribe now ;)
I disagree. The GT is the best Diablo

GT is so rare its pretty much unobtainable
I'd prefer a Bugatti EB110, but I'd take it if y'all are giving it away. LOL
