I'm so glad you mentioned the minimalist products! They are really amazing and we don't have to break the bank to get them. I'm so proud of how far the Indian skincare industry has come❤ even pharmacy skincare is amazing and almost always under 500rs, roughly under 6 USD.

Hi!! Love how informative your videos are!! So, I’m currently using The Ordinary almost exclusively…I’m 47, skin isn’t dry, but not oily either, with the exception of the end of the day, I will get shiny. Would you recommend me adding a “can’t do without this” product from a different line, that helps with any-aging, skin dullness, etc? I feel like there’s SO much out there to choose from!! It gets so overwhelming. Thanks so much for all you do!

I’ve heard one dermatologist say peptides are extremely pricey to process and formulate so they penetrate the skin. She literally said she doesn’t believe Ordinary’s work. They sit on the skin instead . She says she bases her opinion on the lack of research from The Ordinary to prove the efficacy.

I got the barrier repair serum, the multi peptide & Copper serum. And a jumbo sized squalene cleanser. I like the cleanser for first cleanse make up removal in the shower. Using oil or balm in the showers somewhat difficult!

8:30 I was in one of the Ordinary stores in UK looking to refill on my 'buffet' a while ago - the store manager told me they renamed it as customers didn't know what buffet was or what it did, and the new name now follows their naming convention. I do however prefer the funky blue version with copper peptides :D

Based on my experience the granactive retinoid 2% emulsion is as effective/strong as the ordinary 1% retinol in squalane. I still adore all of the ordinary's the retinol in squalane products, but dang they did really great with the granactive retinoid emulsions!!! (I have dry and acne prone skin just for reference)

Unfortunately the Asorbic acid 8% Alpha Arbutin 2% has been discontinued. 😢 Hopefully they finally come out with there version of a 15% vitamin C E Ferluic acid in the new year.

I LOVE the Copper Peptide serum. It's both hydrating for my dry skin and it's one of only peptide skincare items I have. I'm currently out and can't get more until pay day :(

It most likely doesn’t work . One dermatologist said they don’t show any research related to efficacy of their peptide products. Peptides are extremely pricey to process and she says she just doesn’t believe they penetrate the skin. But if you enjoy how they “sit on the skin, go ahead. I personally have one bottle and don’t suppose I’ll ever purchase another one . Unless I do microneedling. Maybe when the skin is punctured, they can show some efficiency

Any Ordinary products you can recommend for rosacea skin?

I struggle with dry eyelids regardless of using vanicream, vaseline, etc on my eyelids, would you recommend the soothing & barrier support system for on the eyelids and around the eyes? (Inner corner of eyes, etc)

NEED TO KNOW: Did The Ordinary discontinue their Ascorbic Acid 8% & Alpha Arbutin 2%? I made a purchase on Sephora yesterday and couldn't find it in their catalog. Even checked the Deciem site and wasn't available there, either. That is one of my fave Vit. C serums out there. What happened?

I technically have dry skin, but I am acne prone too. It seems like some of them are fungal acne/malessezia too; I tried the ketoconazole 2% wash very recently and it works really well for my face, so I am going to try the ordinary niacinamide 10% diluted with a watery toner (calendula or centella asiatica extract single ingredient) to reduce the sebum on my face and body since reducing sebum should help (and I don't like salicylic acid); I hope this works because last time I tried the paula's choice pore reducing toner with niacinamide on my body and it helped my chest and shoulder acne but man the price 😂😂😅😅 Now to be fair the ordinary niacinamide 10% is a little bit more expensive where I am, but using it with a watery toner should be more cost effective than using a paula's choice product.

Ascorbic Acid 8 + Alpha Arbutin 2... has been outta stock for weeeeks. I got the email notification saying it was in stock... so I went to add it to my cart... and its still NOT in stock. I contacted the company... they told me that sometimes the notifications send before the products are actually available... and to keep checking in a few hours. That was 2 days ago... and I waited a week for that reply. Then yesterday I come across a few videos saying it's being discontinued. DO IDK WTF IS GOING OOOOON. I buy a years worth every slowvember sale! This year they are also giving away 100ml bottles of the moisturizing factors+phyto ceramides, i got 2 free bottles, my order was just over £100 total. Stocked up on the peptides+copper, grandactive retinols, salicylic acid, lactic acid 10%. Last year r got azelic acid suspension 10% & the vitc suspension 23& w/HA, didn't see much of a change in me so switched to the multi peptides+ copper peptides this year. I still have plenty of the aha30%+bha2% peeling solution left as i generally only use it once a month and use 10% lactic acid once a week because I don't want to over exfoliate again - i used to use glycolic acid daily and it made me sensative & felt like my skin was thin / not ready for yet more .

Second comment regarding eye serum. I watched Dr Dray's short on this product an read the comments an they were the opposite of sincerely miss ash comment section on her 90 day update. Its seems really odd honestly and don't know what to think🤔

Please watch sincerely miss ash 90 day review of the lash serum. I bought it after watching this video but will not use it after watching her video an reading the comment section.

For some reason, when I used the Matrixyl/The Buffet, my tongue would get tingly, an almost numb feeling. It didn’t get in my mouth at all. The best way to describe it was starting in my cheeks, then it felt like from there, my tongue went numb, pins and needles kind of thing. Laundry products and some lip products has the same effect. I was told it was over exposure to chemicals.

@@kikiTHEalien I didn’t notice that but could umm, “taste” the chemical in the air. It’s like someone using a aerosol hairspray. It sort of settles in my nose and mouth and I don’t even have to breathe it in…like spending an hour in Target. The taste in the air is bad. Was told it was Multiple Chemical Sensitivities. I wish it was an allergy, at least there’s Claritin and Zyrtec.

@@kikiTHEalien The Amino Acids did similar. Different brand … there is a yellow moisturiser in a small bottle that Clinique sells…the inside of my cheeks burn from it. Open the bottle and just wave it in front of me…my nose, inside of my cheeks and throat instantly feels like someone took a match to them… Even hunting groceries is awful. I feel like a freak most days.

All i want to say is: all you need is retinol, niacinamide and Ceramides ✨️

The product must not be on sale everywhere 😢. I’m online and majority of them are not,unless it’s inside store.
