Why "The Next LeBron" Always Fails

Спорт

LeBron James ever since he was 16 years old was given massive hype, and he was someone that was seen as the next face of the league. The immense amount of pressure and expectations that was given to him were very high and he exceeded them and then some. He is a player that has been in the league for 20+ years and counting and has dominated and we have never seen anyone like him in our lifetime. Even being compared to Michael Jordan as the greatest player of all time, and with someone as great as him there was going to be a point where the media would hype the next generational talent as “The Next LeBron James”.

Look i understand critcism every player ever has something to nitpick or critique but lebron has been so damn consistent for so long we need to stop expecting something like this to happen again for a long time. Once in a generation talent. Lebron may not be considered the greatest ever however it is still a milestone to be constantly brought up with jordan it clearly means your in a category above some of the best players ever. Lebron is special, this isnt glaze this is FACT. Name a player and they all have flaws in their nba or sports resume. Love him or hate him lebron is also a better role model than the likes of jordan, kobe and other greats within your top 10. Give him his damn flowers before hes gone, i tell my dad this all the time because he just can never stop glazing jordan every second when we should appreciate what we have now

He's constantly in the conversation with Jordan because he pays people in the media to keep the conversation going. This isn't hate, it's actual proven fact. LeBron isn't a great role model either. He jumped from team to team, stacking his rosters, threw teammates under the bus, got coaches fired, tried to get coaches fired, blew up good rosters to bring in superstars that didn't work out, lied to the media and, again, pays people to smear MJ to raise his credentials. Again, this is all proven fact......and that's not even discussing the flopping and temper tantrums he's thrown on the court. LeBron is special because we were TOLD he was special. You've been told that for 20 years. As a basketball player, LeBron is honestly limited. He doesn't play in any system but his own because he can't (MJ and Kobe did play in other systems and it won them championships) and all he does is just barrel through people to the basket while having everybody else stand in the corner for the open 3......that's LeBron in a nutshell. No fancy moves, no great footwork, no amazing handles.....just strength. No I'm not giving LeBron any fucking flowers. Your dad sounds like he knows more about basketball than you.

He also beat a dominant spurs team and arguably the greatest team assembled who beat the bulls record in a historic 3-1 comeback. Beat them so bad they got broken with KD joining. Since we doing 'proven facts' here over 'feelings'. The cavs NEVER won a championship before and they weren't winning with just Kyrie, LeBron pushed that team from a 4th seed to a champion and constant finals appearances. Are we also forgetting a straight out of HIGH SCHOOL LeBron brought the cavs to the finals? The worst team in history to make the finals in the NBA. Miami he joined since he had enough of Cleveland's terrible management at the time, since we blaming LeBron for superteams we should blame the team who did it before him. BOSTON who had kevin Garnet, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen just to beat LeBron and practically a team of scrubs. As for the kind of person he is ill admit now and days he has too much power with trades and such that's messing up the Lakers BUT as a person he's a good dude here is an example Funded LeBron James Family Foundation to help children and single-parent families in need, LeBron went on to create programs that combat the high-school dropout epidemic and encourage a life-changing pursuit of education. which is worldwide and he's known as being a fun outgoing dude with fans. Just search up all LeBrons moments with fans. I ain't saying he's perfect but if he isn't a good role model then Jordan is damn sure not a good role model based on what we know about him. This isn't to downplay LeBron or Jordan but to show all people have some sort of flaws. LeBrons not perfect, never would be but appreciate him now.
