Yes that's the big one, my x narc was so broke now he is trying to act like a charity case thinking I am going to feel sorry for him.

A narcissist will give you the silent treatment for months and then present you with a holiday card saying “ I love you and miss you” 🙄 This knowledge is so important, so that we’ll know this is not real… it’s a love bomb to start the process all over again 🤦🏽‍♀️

Narcissists are always looking to get the most amount of supply for the least amount of work. That's why they work so hard to destroy your confidence. You're much more susceptible to taking them back and accepting their poor treatment once they destroy your self-esteem. This makes you stuck in the cycle of constantly taking them back and being treated with disrespect, cruelty and abuse.

I would be very surprised if my ex tried to come back after the things I said to him, I let him know he is a deranged narcissist and he disgusted me, he knew I no longer cared for him and he is beneath my consideration. Stay strong people.

I'm broken after this treatment, discarded me a few days before Christmas and is currently smearing me to family and friends. My dad turned on me last night and basically took her side. Truly heartbreaking and gut wrenching to know after all this pain and mental anguish she feels the need to do this to me. I did nothing but love her and treat her like a queen 😢

I feel you. It feels like you’re going cold turkey to heroin, and it feels like grieving a death at the same time. Saying it gets easier with time sounds like a cliche, but it’s true. It takes months of dedication to yourself, and everything you’ve got to permanently rid of that toxicity. You’ve got this! Don’t give up on your own happiness. You’ll find someone who treats you like a king/queen someday!

My situation was pretty much as described in the video. I had a neutral party and proof a narc betrayed me. The narc tried to blame the other party, but completely lost it. I have a lot more proof of bad things done to others as well in case the narc tries anything else with me. They are mad 😡 I got the control now🎮 😄.

I left my narc recently,and I’m a better man for doing so.She was cheating on me with a work colleague.Long story short I found out through a mutual friend about her skank behavior.I acted as if everything was normal.She went to work on Monday,and that’s when I made my move.Packing up all my belongings and I even took down all our photos and binned them🤣I stuck her with the heating bill,council tax,and the electric bill.I took all but £20 from the checking account we had together.Blocked her on everything,full no contact.Leaving her was easy,because I had time to digest all that she had done to me and turned rage into my motivation to leave her without warning or any sense of closure.

Wow. This is is exactly how it happened with my nex. I'd asked him to leave several times before, not sure what was different with this one, I hadn't reached my limit though I was close and was standing up for myself etc. The vitriol he spoke when he left was unlike anything the previous 15 years! And sought to destroy me. Saying because I'd cut ties with toxic family members, I am the common denominator! And he went from one day saying how much he loves me and wants make it work to literally zero, that's it. And now 10 months later makes out like I just woke up one day wanting to be disabled single mum of 3 challenging kids, nothing to do with anything he did of course 🙄

This is my ex 💯 He did all that while my dad passed away. And at the end we were after a long vacation at LA *I* paid for, we came back and he just disappeared, I got him a job but I had none at that time. and right before he left he called the police just to make sure to completely destroy me. That's who he really is. I will never forget.

This explains why my ex-narcissist was so quick to cut me off from social media even before I confirmed she was cheating on me. She used Facebook to make passive-aggressive posts about me that suggested things that were not true about me, but very true about her. I would not be surprised that is why she has cut me off from other social medias although I know she has not blocked me on one in particular. She more than likely used a string of lies and deceit to manipulate some of our mutual friends into ceasing communication with me as well. Which is fine because I don't need or want artificial friends. I doubt very much she would return because she is the type that would just run to mommy when things get scary (she is not emotionally mature) or run to the next guy who gives her attention but if she did come back to my son and I that would be interesting...

I called him out big time a while back and he took it really badly, so much so he was going to pull out of buying a house together a month before we were to move in…I should have let him because that turned into a nightmare in itself (a few months after we moved in, he bought me out, his plan all along). To remind me of things I got blamed for in the one day I text reminders to myself and when he finally blew his lid, I got my phone and read off what had happened throughout the day, his reply….‘negative, negative, negative, you forgot to write that we went out and had a nice lunch, but you just want to be negative’. He was brilliant at picking me to shreds for no reason but if I even brought up the tiniest of things he did, he went berserk. So glad to be away from that evil entity.

You got the first part of destruction an chaos right even though she didn't destroy me mentally. I'm too stable for that. The part of not taking responsibility is also true. But. She will never get back into my life. I've made extremely clear to her that she will never have anything more from me even if she's freezing and starving on my doorstep. She's completely out of my life in all parts except for the few points regarding our son and she will NEVER come back.

My husband left me with 11 animals. Took $75k equity out on our home. Left in the middle of the night after I bought him dinner. Got rid of good cell phone, stole all my personal belongings and moved to Florida two months ago. I have not heard a word from him. We were married 6 tumultuous years. I stayed with him for the animals he claimed he wanted. Two days before he left he told me he was going to retire and we were moving to New Mexico. So I signed my name on $160k RV. He left me with it and the payments he knew I could not afford without him. He is truly evil. Meanwhile he tells his circle that I am the narcissist.

It’s terrible but I am a happy person who always looking for the positive side of a negative experience. My way of surviving 😊. Yes terrible and it hurts but the hurt will stop and the path to a more positive and happy life is open. 🙂

Financially also. Trying to make sure my daughter and I lose everything. We are not divorced yet, he is stalling.

The only think I was told when I asked why, what just happened, we just decided on a new place to live. Her answer was simply " you are such a victim ".

from what ive seen , everything they do to destroy you often has nothing to do with you at all, it all has to do with the new supplies impression of you. my ex tried to make me seem like i was a shitty dad, a terrible boyfriend, called me abusive, bashed me online , everything, but honestly , she always had all these orbiter men around her, waiting for their turn. she secretly would get supply from them , and was cheating in return, honestly if a narcissist has sexual interactions with men that have low self esteem and zero confidence, they will always come running when the narc blows thir whistle , i used to be like this when i was blue pill. the reasons why my narcissist discarded me. the main one, all her lies finally caught up to her, she was being ratted on by her siblings for her cheating and her lies , if she dumped me, she didnt have to own up to any of the lies, since we were not together, she literally just swept it all under the rug, the second reason she dumped me, because i was changing, was no longer looking passed the red flags , but i was looking at them , and analyzing them, questioning things, which made her angry and lead to lashing out or silent treatments

Yes. Exactly what goes in. Though after the discard I sent her an email pointing out what a gutless person she was. That she doesn't what love is and to stop using ppl. She called me later on very angry and said she had deleted my email. But you cannot unread something Glad I did it.

I dealt with the demon and his demon mother for 25 yrs he ran off nearly 9 yrs ago, he caused so much drama and mayhem it was all about him and his evil mother, I'm lucky he ran off and remarried! I now have cptsd from all the abuse, he wouldn't dare come back if he knows whats good for him, my son told me he looks like he crawled out of a garbage can, lol, I think he has been picked up by the karma bus.

Remember it is only about Supply what was done to you will be done to the new supply. Going Blackout by social. Media, new phone number, address if possible. These turds always come back. So prepare to deliver consequence in your healing and serve it up to the narc. Only thing they care about is that EGO.

Financially, sexually, reputation and career damage as well. Worst- parental alienation. Many times- they are done using you for the specific reasons they engaged or someone else has come along and you refuse to triangulate.

It really felt like she was trying to kill me just before she left. The introject and object dont match anymore. They have to get rid of the external object which is you because it doesn't match the introject,the snapshot of you the ideal version of you that they created in their mind when they met you.when this happens it creates tremendous anxiety within them and they have to get rid of you. It has nothing to do with you its all happening in their mind which is where they live. They are introject orientated. Reality is their enemy and you are part of reality they must protect their fantasy at all cost hence the discard. Also remember in the end your crucifixion is their resurrection.

My not sure what I want to call her as it was a traumatic experience. We are both mature adults and don't get how I could have experienced this in my 40's. Anyway this clip describes exactly what I am going through. Thankfully our shared friendship circle can see her for what she is now as they really believed her in the beginning and her BS..I defo did wrong but the punishment she has tried to dish out didn't warrant the offence. I have learned to stay silent and ignored the second wave of attacks via text message. She definitely living a lie. Yes, yes, yes. I can’t believe that she actually happened. No explanation, and told me to make my own conclusions. I’m like what!? In shock. Then she says she’s already in another relationship. Huh? Then she says ask me questions if you want to know. I thought… I think I’ve already got a good idea that you’ll just lie to me if I do ask you questions. Then she said she still wanted to be friends. Are you serious? Obviously I can’t trust her. So I stayed quiet, got divorced, and I contacted her once to tell her face to face that what she did to me was so incredibly cruel. She showed no emotion, and because of what I said, and let her now that I’m hurt, I expect her to return someday. I still can’t believe I was married to a person like this for so long and didn’t see what was going on. I was always confused, and always refused answers.

In my experience, the discard phase is when you see the narcissist relying heavily on their psychological defense mechanisms. They will project constantly…looking back, I spent years being a projector screen.

I had an online, sm, narc but he never hinted at wanting money or anything. He lives halfway around the world. He told me I could be mean to him, just not boring. I was never mean to him bcoz I’m not mean. He put me down after all the typical narc cycle, and discarded me, a soft discard. Then posted songs with my name. Then posted it was the end and I must live with it. This was 2 years ago, then a few Hoovers since. Then 2 weeks ago another hoover on sm. Blocking does no good as he always has other accts and I don’t feel threatened by him. He’s far away and 69 yo. 😁

I was a bit dumber about him than I thought) .. my niece told me as he had told our other brother and she overheard him say so .. My x bf is a narc he left me with our infant daughter, to try and break me. Now that I a. Flying high working and saving money playing video games etc. He is trying to act like he wants to talk to our daughter so he can spy on me. I blocked him. Now he is trying to act like I am taking our daughter away. Like he don't just leave her.

My ex narc ran an horrendous smear campaign on me. He made up fake messages and convinced a male friend I'd accused him of rape. They both live streamed on social media about how terrible I am with other flying monkeys. Then came a year of relentless online smears, bullying etc. The narc was getting people to release old voice recordings of me. The narc sent the voice not es to my employer....I lost my job. He then sent voice notes of me making a threat to police ( reactive abuse ). I got convicted in court and a restraining order on me. This was two years ago. I have zero contact, been off social media a year but every few months he messages himself threats and also messages threats to others...( Pretending to be me) have been maliciously arrested x4 times. I'm a single mother ( not his children). He has new supply. Why wont he leave me alone. Why does he keep doing this. I am a total ghost. He knows nothing about me or my life. I battle suicidal thoughts. Unable to get a job. I am still trapped yet 100% no contact. Because it is so malignant and insidious I don't feel like anyone understands or believes me x

I couldn't understand why he was so angry, saying I was Lots wife? Called me an ass kisser!? WHAT? He never spoke to me like this. He said he was sleeping with a woman half my age with 3 young children. At 53 he wants to have more children. 1 week prior we spent 2 days in Kauai. A dream come true. What I wonder is,does the narcissistic person know that it's pretty messed up if they are concerned so much about another person's life? Do they not believe it's strange to be so bothered by someone doing better?in my opinion if that person's life matters that much,they are effected anyway,it doesn't matter at that point if the person is doing better or not.

My narc bf bruises my body during sex and then accuses me that I must have cheated on him and I must like it really rough. I swear blind I've been faithful and he must have done them but he refuses to believe me. I feel he is trying to coerce me into giving a false confession as he says if I admit it we can move on....but I can't admit to cheating when I haven't. This argument has been going on weeks and he inspects my body for any new bruises which he must be creating as I've been faithful!

I understand this during silent treatments. But does this happen even if they discarded you for new supply that you didn't know about that appeared within days of the discard? He didn't come back then. He is now with an exe from the 90s that he has moved into his home within six weeks... It's been 2.5 years since he discarded me after 7 years - how do they come back?
