I'm so happy to read your testimony, praise God for th power he has. Jesus can do may things for us. I was doing drugs and alcohol, wasn't happy just down right hateful to people. And I prayed to God even though I didn't really believe and he gave me what I prayed for the very wife I asked for I have right now. We also have a beautiful daughter and another on the way now. But I was still a half hearted Christian until just a few months ago, we received the holy ghost. Everything changed even more after that and I'm so grateful God has kept me alive still to fully give myself to God. Jesus watches over us every day and I thank him everyday for his blessings. And I am so glad Jesus has done the same fo you, the more testimonys I read the more grateful I am to Jesus. I praise you and thank you God Jesus and the holy spirit Amen.

I was a single father with a 5 yrnold daughter we were alone and she knew not the love of a mother. I thought I was strong I thought I was independent until one night I was broken I gave my soul to Christ and asked God for deliverance... I met Mt wife 2 weeks later and after 11 yrs have 5 more children together she has begotten me 4 sons and another daughter and they are being raised in the love and wisdom of Christ. Thank you Lord for your timing and sacrifice.

People may not believe me but I used to be a bad addict, practiced witchcraft, and had severe problems with anger. I lashed out and attacked a family member. Something I'm not proud of. They recovered fine but I spent 3 months in jail. I remember my first night looking in a mirror and seeing the face of evil laid over mine. I hit my knees and began to pray. I prayed for 3 hrs crying and pouring my heart out to God asking dor forgiveness when I heard a still peaceful voice say unto me, "Peace my child. You will come through this." It was the most peace and joy I have ever felt on my life as Christ intervened for me. Now I am a drug free, devout Christian, who found the woman God had set aside for me and am engaged to her. In addition I volunteer as a counselor at my church at our Friday Night Addiction Recovery program. Satan will bring you low, but if you put your trust in God you will always be uplifted. That don't mean you wont struggle, but what it does mean is when you do, you have a Father who will guide you. Philippians 4:13

I believe in God. I questioned him the night my sister and the baby died. I even said I was going to stop believing in God. But few days later Him made me realize that He is God and has His ways different from ours. I went to church the next week while leading in worship I cried to Him for mercy and I told Him that I do not understand the reason why both my sister and the baby should die after CS but I will serve Him for eternity and awaits for Him to show me His ways.

This is wisdom and I will cherish this for the rest of my life. God is the original authority. Hallelujah!!!!

@@ladellallen3155 people with Dark skin have considerably more epidermal melanin- true; however, the measurable levels of Neuro-Melanin doesn't really differ between a fair skinned individual and a dark skinned individual. Moses wasn't the only Israelite at the time "filled with Melanin" yet he was the only one "filled with the Glory of God." Having highly melaninated skin just isn't a useful indicator of godliness.

Amen to that, I think we as humans were born with a concept of worshiping, and the devil confused us many times and used it against God, even some of our main holidays that we believe is apart of our Christian faith that we keep as generational tradition , example Christians, the sentiment of what it should have been is no longer there, it's all about merchandising, and very little to do with the birth of Christ, even Thanksgiving, and also Easter, as Christians if we don't stay focuses on the words of God, we can be easily deceive.

I don't know where to begin and who needs to hear this but either way I'll just start, during my primary years I thought that it was too troublesome to go to church whenever my parents told me. I dreaded every moment of that day and soon I felt I was alone. In my highschool years, I attended baptism classes and was baptized and soon I grew closer to God and felt that I had a personal relationship with Him . After completing my highschool, I went to university and was indulged in worldy stuff, the music I listened to and felt that I needed to justify sinning. During one of the holidays at home, I came across my highschool bible and I opened it to find the notes I had written and I saw a verse that read though your sins maybe as red as scarlet I would make them white as snow, come let us reason together. The verse made me feel as if my heart was about to burst from an emotion I can't yet pin point. I remembered I apologized and afterwards I felt good and peaceful. It didn't take long but I felt that I needed to do everything to be with God and in that I was relying on my own means. I soon read a book which I happened to come across after arranging the house and decided to take a peak. The book is called steps to Christ , a certain line captured my attention saying that we alone cannot be able to fight the battles that are there and we can only rely on the Almighty God fully and believe and put our whole trust in him in order to live the life He has prepared for us. I know that we may be committed to God especially after hearing His word but we need to seek Him daily and let Him be our Guide. Learning the Bible and speaking to Him in our humble selves . Acknowledge Him in every step of the way. Amen.

I got hurt at work and now on Social security disability from hurting my back and both knees. I now have to have double knee replacement. They have me on strong pain medication and sometimes the pain in my back gets unbearable when standing. One day I got tired of being on this strong medication and stopped taking it. I got sick as a dog and that was the worst weekend I ever experienced. I started back taking my pain medication but felt defeated that I couldn't stop. I know the medication is to help with pain but the doctors way of helping is upping the dose and frequency. I believe the pain in my back is nerve pain and a lot of times the pain medication doesn't help it. I want to come off this strong pain medication because it has to be better than this. It shouldn't be so hurt when I trying to come off this medicine. Please keep me in prayer for strength to over come this.🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿

This is beautifully made and there's a good lesson tied to it. Well done GDN. While I agree that the Israelites would certainly have made something of a shrine at Moses's burial site and possibly, some would have set up camp there and refused to advance with Joshua, I believe there is another reason for the dispute between Michael and the Devil over Moses's 'body'. The bible answers this question in its entirety; one just needs to piece the answer together. [Emphasis in caps] Let's observe Heb 2:14 Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might break the power of him WHO HOLDS THE POWER OF DEATH-that is, the devil. So up to this point, the devil had the power over (total control of) death (and Hades - the grave). This means he was solely responsible for the fate of EVERYONE who died; as in, he was overseeing their transition after death. This was the power he got after the first man was deceived and by this all of mankind was immediately in danger of being eternally separated from God hence the need for Jesus. So the writer of Hebrews is apt when he says that Jesus came to break that power. That was necessary for mankind to have salvation. Let us see another scripture. Rev 1:18b 'I was dead, but look, now I am alive-forever and ever-and I HOLD THE KEYS OF DEATH AND OF HADES!' This is the record from John's vision of the resurrected Christ. Jesus Christ made sure to mention to him that he now possesses the keys of death and Hades (the grave of souls) which he had stripped from the devil. What a glorious confirmation of the assurance of salvation we have in Him. Now what does this all mean in regards to this dispute.. At the time, the devil was in charge of all the dead and irrespective of how one lived, whether they feared God and were holy or they were heathen and worshipped other gods, he came to collect their souls after they died. It was his entitlement. So even the holy men of God, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, Daniel, all descended to Hades because the devil wielded the power of death over them. Let us look at a specific example in 1 Samuel 28 that confirms this. When Saul went to ask the witch of Endor to consult with prophet Samuel who was already dead, she was able to summon the actual spirit of Samuel. This is a person who wouldn't be able to stand before him when he was alive but in his death, this lowly medium summoned him. Even Samuel seemed to be irked by the disturbance; almost as if he was engaged against his will. In verse 13 of 1 Samuel 28, she says something key: The woman said, “I see a ghostly figure COMING UP OUT OF THE EARTH.” This indicates that after his death, he descended into hades, were the devil had rule. It also explains how he was able to be summoned because the witch, being an agent of the devil, was able to engage satanic spirits to bring up the real Samuel who was in the devil's charge. So the dispute over Moses's body was actually the devil contending for his entitlement as he had always done. This is why the passage Jude quotes in verse 9 states that Michael couldn't 'accuse him' or 'bring up a charge against him' because the devil was in his right to take the soul of Moses. Thus Michael had to invoke the Lord, an authority greater than the devil, to prevail upon him. Now why did God send Michael for Moses? I think we can see that scripture answers this in the record of the event on Mount Tabor where Jesus transfigured. God had to set aside Moses for this purpose as he would have been unable to had the devil gotten a hold of him. The second man, Elijah, who appeared at Jesus's transfiguration also proves this point as he didn't die a natural death which would have made him available to be claimed by the devil. And perhaps, God not wanting to go through all that trouble again, just raptured him alive - lol. Some may find this difficult to agree with but scripture makes it clear. Those who had died as Holy men of old were also waiting for a saviour. They couldn't ascend and be with God because of Sin and Death even if they lived holy lives on earth. This is why what Jesus did for man at the cross was of utmost importance for both the dead and the living, and to those to come. Eph 4:8 explicitly says that when Christ ascended, HE TOOK MANY CAPTIVES AWAY WITH HIM. I can't imagine how they must have felt after waiting for the promise and never giving up even in death. But how much more glorious it is for us today as we don't have to suffer their ordeal. One only needs to believe in Christ and you will be saved. You will be raised up on the last day. Jesus now holds the keys of death and the grave so anyone who comes to him will receive eternal life and this is guaranteed for you by the Holy Spirit of promise who will come and seal you up until when you ascend to be with him. If you are reading this and you don't believe in Jesus, just tell him, 'Lord, I believe you died for my sins, so that I could be rescued from death and brought into Life everlasting. Thank you for the forgiveness of sins that you purchased with your blood for me and for giving me right standing with your Father who is also my Father. Fill me with your Spirit so I can live the rest of my life as a burning and shining light for you in Jesus's name, Amen!!! Glory!! You are born again now.. so ask the Lord in prayer to lead you to a fellowship of believers where you can learn to grow as a child of God. God Bless you!!

Amazing! Good way to break it down. I knew about the devil holding the keys of hades and was aware that many were in hades. The fact that Abraham, Isaac, and many more were down there makes even more sense as to why Gods plan for Jesus had to be done. Thank you for this ❤

Satan didn't want Moses resurrected before the appointed time, because Michael came to take him to heaven. On the mount of transfiguration Moses is as alive and well as Elijah.

It's because Moses body is anointed by the lord, he dwelled so long with the lord's presence his body was fully anointed even when he's spirit left his body, Moses's body couldn't rot and decay. The idea that Moses' body, in Satan's hands, would have become an idol is spot-on. John the Baptist, Elijah, reveals the nature of idolatry, and how to overcome it in John 3:30. John 3:30 _He must become greater; I must become less._ Whatever we count as greater than ourselves, is our "God", though God said, _"Apart from me, there is no other God,"_ in Isaiah 44:6. Thus, to do so makes God out to be a liar, though He is the truth, as stated in Romans 1:25. So, if Moses' body had become more important, then God's people would still be worshiping death instead of God Himself, the God of the living, as stated by Jesus in Matthew 22:32, Mark 12:27 and Luke 20:38. This is what makes the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ perfect for each believer. Jesus Christ is our perfect idol, our perfect God, because He came from God and returned to God, as stated in John 13:3. John 13:3 _Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God;_ This idea of returning to Whom we have come is not unique to this passage. It appears in the new Testament and the Old Testament. John 3:6 _Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit._ Which refers back to Genesis 1:12. Genesis 1:12 _The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good._ Jesus alludes to this when speaking to the Jews about what it means to be a child of Abraham in John 8:39-40. John 8:39-40 _“Abraham is our father,” they answered. “If you were Abraham’s children,” said Jesus, “then you would do what Abraham did. As it is, you are looking for a way to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God. Abraham did not do such things...._ Part of Jesus' prayer in John 17:11 reveals another truth about him and our Father. John 17:11 _I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of *your name, the name you gave me,* so that they may be one as we are one. What name did God give Jesus Christ? This is found in Luke 1:31. Luke 1:31 _You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus._ Worthy is the lamb. Amen.

Jude 1: 9 But when the archangel Michael, contending with the devil, was disputing about the body of Moses, he did not presume to pronounce a blasphemous judgment, but said, “The Lord rebuke you.” Heard this years ago, and still go by it. The reason why the archangel Michael and the devil were contending and disputing over the body of Moses is that if the devil meaning Satan would have gotten a hold of the body Moses the Israelites would have turned Moses into an Idol and started worshiping Moses. This would have been resulted clear Idoatry if the devil/Satan would have gotten hold of the body of Moses, of course this never happened, Plus Moses had to appear had the Transfiguration of the Mount found in Matthew 17: 1-13. Which is interesting when a person examines the Roman Catholic Church, a person can clearly the devil/Satan did get a hold of the body of Mary. Mary in the RCC is Idolatry, a person can see this with Fatima, praying the rosary, perpetual virgin, sinless, titles (mother of God, Queen of heaven) and ect.. Mary (her Soul) we know would be in the pressence of her Savior who paid the price for her sins on the Cross, but her body and her image is with the devil/Satan and he uses her for Idolatry in the RCC. To God the first and second command is 1) You will not have other gods before me. 2) You will not make idols (graven images). If the devil/Satan would have gotten a hold of the body of Moses, you would see what has happened in the RCC, the same would have happened to the Israelites, the body and image of Moses would have been worshiped.

Mary is revered in the Catholic Church not worshipped. Just like how they’re many revered saints and martyrs whom equally have their own prayers in the RCC. She just happened to be the mother of our savior, Jesus Christ.

True Christians are to bow down to God. God is the One who saves the soul of man, becasue of the Jesus sacrifice on the Cross. Mary does not save a persons soul and she was not sacriiced on the Cross.

Very interesting comparing what may have happened had Satan gotten Moses's body to Mary. The video however states Mose's was 120, not sure what many of these videos use for sources but it seems on occasion they use the sources that make the best story. I simply mean that the passages differ greatly on occasion from one bible to another, often man decides what is most important lacking wisdom .

You don't think that the contention arose because Michael came to revive Moses and take him to heaven before the appointed resurrection day? It's clear that Moses was alive at the time of Jesus on the mount of transfiguration, so he was definitely risen at some point before Jude wrote his epistle.

The reason Satan was disputing over Moses body was due to him sinning, when he struck the rock out of anger when told to just tap the rock. Satan didn’t realize that Moses repented, so when the Lord came to resurrect Moses from the grave, Satan came as a accuser of the brethren, saying Moses belongs in the grave with all sinners till the appointed time, when the second death takes place. So the Lord rebuked him.

Satan wanted Moses' body to get the Israelites to sin. They would have made a memorial tomb and made visits and thus broken God's law.

Love this message... Moses dies on Mount Nebo and Moses was buried by the Lord God. The transformation of Jesus Christ is shared with Moses and Elijah. Moses desire was to see God's face and to see ' God's Glory'.... Moses dies outside of the promised land. Moses comes into the promised land and see God's Glory and God's face by him seeing Jesus face to face. Moses dies outside the promised land because Moses represents the law. Jesus represents grace. Grace overrides the Law.

I agree, I know Elijah will be one of the witnesses, & possibly Moses will be the other.Both Elijah & Moses were seen by the disciples, talking with Jesus, on the mount of Transfiguration, and we know that GOD buried Moses & hid his body, but the Bible does not tell us why GOD did this.There are lots is schools of thought about the 2 witnesses.Some say it will be Elijah & Enoch, because they are the only 2 people who never died, some say it will be Moses & Elijah, some say it will be the Apostle John & Elijah.We just don't know

I think it works towards the last days really. GOD hid Moses, so that in the last days Moses could return with Elijah. Elijah was also hidden in a way, in that he was taken to be with God without dying. So makes sense for the body to be preserved and hidden away, so these things could happen, when the time is right according to God.

I would think that God's feeling (pure speculation) would be similar to a mother whose child has been taken away by another person. Moses failed the Law (which he voluntarily promised to keep). This might be the consequence of not fully complying with the Law if one has decided to observe it. God wanted to prevent Satan from taking Moses' body by burying him. It is very unlikely Satan wanted to build a shrine (not in his nature), he just wanted to take the body to hurt God's feeling.
