Incredible take on an old paradigm. We live in an age where consumers are happier to point the blame at others instead of questioning themselves truthfully on how they’ve used a product or service. Too many are quick to blame others instead of questioning their own implementation. Outstanding.

"The customer is always right" is not supposed to be taken literally. I think it just means you don't get anywhere by debating an issue with a customer or trying to prove them wrong.

Bang on the money once again… “You need to tell them what they need to hear, not what they want to hear”.

“Go hard on the problem, not on the market”. This concept has helped me attract more clients and level up my social media content hugely. This talk was very informative. Nice one Phil!

Very motivating! Lead the market to truth, sheer genius. The solution to a customers problem will usually be outside of their comfort zone and why their same level of thinking will not solve it. Personal boundaries that they have set for themselves in order to feel safe. Through building trust and taking them out of their comfort zone you can show them that the only thing they have to fear is fear itself.
