It's definitely great for some but as the old generation is replaced by newer, lazier, more entitled workers, the quality degrades and degrades. As we can see from COViD, the tolerance for work reduces.
People aren't even able to see their family doctor for months, and what is listed as open on Saturday is now Closed. It's closed because their lifestyle is sustainable without working more hours, and they don't get more for working more.
