Estoy viendo, siguiendo y poniendo en practica los vídeos. El lenguaje apropiado a la audiencia, los ejemplos muy buenos; sin embargo recomendaría que algunos sean para el sector agro industrial. Recordemos la existencia de pequeños emprendimientos en derivados de la leche: elaboración de quesos, mantequilla y yogurt; salado de maní, garapiñad, de nueces, coberturas con chocolate, etc gran parte de ellos se llevan a cabo en el campo.

Qué bien Arnoldo, pa'delante!. Los conceptos y metodologías son aplicables a cualquier sector de la economía, la adaptación es sencilla siempre y cuando tengas absoluta claridad de todos y cada uno de los conceptos. Pero echaré mano de tu sugerencia para tenerlo presente en futuros ejemplos.
