Their history subject is so inaccurate, kids can't even learn properly. I don't know about other subjects but seeing their literacy rate it won't be wrong to say that the schools there are not proper. At one time Pakistan was growing economically stronger than India, but now they are even struggling to get their basic needs.

There is nothing to be proud of rejecting a role being an actor. An actor must be prepared to play any role, a protagonist, an antagonist or even a supporting character and experiment his/her skill in different genres. Cinema don’t contain language, nationality, caste, race or religion barrier. He seems to have a great personality, he should have accepted the role, doesn’t matter whether it’s offered from Bollywood in Mumbai, India or Hollywood in Los Angeles, California, after all an actor makes his nation proud when the world recognises and accolades his skill and talent. Sad to see the other guys applauding because he rejected the role.

He had a very valid question. Now I understand him better.

Shaan is right when he says the role can be performed by anybody. If a director finds you convincing it is his vision. You agree or disagree. Actors know what is reel and what is real. Don’t bring jingoistic perspective to it. Tomorrow if a well meaning Pakistani gentleman extends a friendly invitation to him. Should I refuse it for just because some body considers it an enemy country. I will ignore it for as global citizens we have to act on merit and not by hearsay. For the record, I personally feel there are extraordinarily talented actors in Pakistan

Phleeeeese, the films presently made are extremely good. I think it is a genre that defines Pakistani cinema apart from other countries. @@purushetty7458 to get this answer you need to first watch those movies."Lal Kabootar' 2020 won the best actor and Best film Award in South Asian Film Festival, 'khel Tamasha' 2020, bagged the best male lead award in the same platform and 'Cake' won the best script award in 2018 while 'Main Punjab nahe Joan ge' also won the best film award. Google for more accurate answers and of course Pakistan bagged 2 Oscars in the category of Best Short documentary movies.

@@TheZakia16 Pretty sure you meant to say Zindagi Tamasha and not khel tamasha, a film that is yet to see the daylight in Pakistan. I enjoyed watching Cake myself but how many such movies are currently being made in Pakistan. Majority of your films still copy the bollywood song /dance format and films like JPNA, MPNJ, LW are all prime examples of that. The above films were blockbusters but tell me how much money did Cake make? And they are pretty pathetic as watching Humayun Saeed dance is not a sight I would wish even on my enemies! I don't know why but Pakistanis love to gloat over their achievements even before they have achieved anything or keep digging up their past and live in it.

@@TheZakia16 Imagine even you do not remember the name of the movie and you were talking about it without even watching it.....Just ask your cinema owners how bollywood movies saved them from certain bankruptcy and how they have been lobbying the government to let Indian movies to be screened in pakistan....How even today a salman khan or a shahrukh khan movie draws in way more crowd than any pakistani actor's movie. I bet you can't even compete with our regional cinema which is way more sophisticated than the stuff that you guys dish out. You do not trust me, ask Mahira Khan who is a self confessed Malayalam movie fan. Your dramas are seriously retarded and they all feel like you are watching a soap opera from a bygone era.
