Even greatest of the greats were not flawless. We make mistakes, learn from them and evolve in our lives. Wasim Akram undoubtedly is a great person, was a great performer in cricket and an intellectual open minded person, who not only talks sense but also accepts the flaws or mistakes committed by him.

One of the most loved cricketer in India..Wasim Akram from across the border..He always talks sensibly and calmly. He is a legend. He always gives a positive message to the people of both the countries. He always spreads love and happiness and not hatred between two countries. He is a gem. We need more people like Wasim Bhai in these two countries who spread positivity, love and happiness.

This sounds so awesome...Wasim Akram's favourite place in India being Lucknow, makes me feel proud like someone from Lucknow. I vividly remember when he came to Lucknow, I was probably 16-17 yrs old in school and Wasim Akram came there, visited some shops and bought Chikan Kurtas and clothing. He used to sport long hair back then. His one statement almost took me 18 yrs back in time.

Arguably one of the greatest ever left-handed fast bowlers in the history of Cricket. At least that I have ever seen. His exceptional swing bowling skills, ability to bowl at high speeds, and his mastery over reverse swing is what I loved about him. He could single handledly change the tide of the game. A supreme bowler of the highest ilk, in an era when India simply could not produce bowlers of this calibre therefore we had to produce batsmen. Total LEGEND.

He is the best bowler I have ever watched. Was always scared for our batsmen when he would bowl, very unpredictable, in the latter part of his career he ran in 12 steps and still had pace and swing.
