Small correction; this is a 3 terminal potentiometer ; GND ,Sensor and 5V' not dual channel; I worked on the same on my unicorn. Sensor voltage will vary from 0 to 5V depending on the postion of the throttle; this is used for advancing the engine timing.

@@MasterMindTech ; Well i have measured it myself and got it confirmed by Hero and Honda Engineers; i am 100% sure about my source. i still curious what is the purpose of dual channel; you may recall the same is also present in TVS scooty the eco/power light on the meter. thanks for the info..

Hi bro my ns200 bs4 carburettor doesn't have TPS sensor which is causing jerking. So after lots of research i found that ns200 bs3 carburettor comes with tps sensor. So I'm thinking to switch to TPS sensor model carburettor is that possible?

I have a scooter(yamaha 113cc) fascino with tps sensor in carburator. Does faulty cdi cause problems in low pick in uphill ??? Everything is fine in plain surface area.already changed spark plug,cvt belt,variator,roller bush,clutch shoe and new carburator too.still got the low pickup in low rpm in inclined or uphill area.i found some thing in internet that carburator with tps sensor advance and retard the ignition timing and amount of current in spark plug.should i need to change cdi ?? Vy mera ek problemhe pulsar 200 old ka,whenever i try to ride with load on road, i can accelerate very slowly.when i fastly full the throttle my bike miss acceleration.(its like your plug is fail,or like i use bad fuel) but will pick up slowly.i change spark plug,check both plug get power or not, carbulator etc .i cant fix the problem.this problem don't happen when i do full throttle fastly with full clutch or in normal gear( transmission).what can be this problem.i am trying to solve.but i cant for past 5 month.

Is it possible to put DC CDI in AC CDI bike?, I have pulsar UG3 200, I want to put pulsar 180 UG4 CDI in it. Possible?

Bhai bike start karne k tym pe 2-3 bar dummy kick marne k baad kick marta hu toh start hota hai, aur agar nhi kiya toh 1st kick se start nhi hota. Gixxer BS4 ( carburettor have TPS. UCAL). Compressor ka kuch issue hai kya?
