I’ve noticed this too. When Flick was first hired at Bayern dude had no proper experience as a head manager for a top team yet he greatly exceeded expectations.

I still have the little hope inside that Xavi will actually get a decent, close to Real Madrid second position in LaLiga and an absolutely outstanding Champions League so he can stay, but now thats really unlikely to happen 😣

It's great being a Brighton supporter, because these days as soon as we sign a new player or manager, and they are doing alright, then we must let them leave to go to another club. I don't see a day go by where one of our players or manager is going somewhere else, this doesn't seem to happen to other teams. 😮

First of all, there was Covid, he did not build the Bayern team he just took over, and finally anyone can be a one season wonder. Flick failed miserably as a Germany coach, so stop exaggerating. We don't know who's going to be successful between the two.

With Germany he didn't build the team as he like And that's was circumstantial If you think club management and national team manegement both are same, I only have sympathy There is reason pep didn't took Spain Spain national federation can't offer him players as he likes but Manchester City can bring any player he wants... De zerbi I feel is a really solid manager but the situation Barca is in. He’s just not that guy it’s flick who will bring the intensity and truly turn our team around

correct. dont need much brain power to know that flick is the man. he tick all the box required to coach barca and the only one that could possibly take barca to the next level without stray too much from barca dna. he add things to make it better. also hes cheap because barca dont need to paid compensation to the club since hes unemployed. more money for transfer window. just give the man pre contract so he could at least give direction to which player he want to retain in the squad and what kind of player he want barca to buy.

I agree with you guys. Flick is the man for the job for me too but he's not necessarily going to come in for free either. I believe I heard that Barca will have to pay around 10-12 (maybe 15) million euros not to sign Flick necessarily but to hire his coaching staff too because he's not gonna come here alone but compared to paying 20-30 million euros for a young coach who has no experience with big clubs. Flick is a no brainer. I'd personally rather sign de zerbi over Tuchel though tbh but my main preference for the current targets? Flick all day everyday

What is the track record of De Zerbi? Whereas Flick won sextuple in the season he was coaching Bayern. Comparing De Zerbi and Hansi Flick,i will pick Flick at any time. One thing people forget,football change and you can see that with PEP coaching/ style of playing at Manchester City. Gone are the days of playing slow football or tiki taka. Nowadays its possession football and how you play it. Hansi prefer playing fast attacking footbal with pressing and intensity while keeping ball possession,on top of that Hansi believe in speed and physicality that is why his Bayern Munich squad was unbeaten.

Doesn’t matter what coach goes to Barca, they’re not touching Madrid next year
