    totally. interests rates speculation is a waste of time. prefer to look at the quality of assets, foot fall, rental reversions, occupancy rate. Josh taught me one.

    Your opinion on good sg reits? I'm currently eyeing on Frasers Centrepoint Trust and Mapletree Logistic Trust and Capitaland Ascott Trust

    Thanks for sharing. After watching, I get the impression that the takeaway message is to buy REITs low now and to sell it when it reaches the target price, You did not mention that one of the main reasons people buy REITs is for dividend income yield. For many passive income buyers of REITs when they get a REIT at a low price that generate a high yielding dividend for passive income, they would usually not sell because that income is hopefully sustainable. Just sharing my thoughts. Thanks for the video.

    Sreits have no tax on dividend. Much better. And sponsors we kind of know much better =)

    Short term, interest rates will continue an impact on DPU even if Fed cut interest rates.
