How To Change Your Life
Have you done a lot of personal growth and inner work, but your life hasn't changed (much)? I'm with you. There is no one-size-fits-all recipe to create the life you want.However, my life is changing right now, and I want to share a few things I've done. Many teachers promise that their program will change your life and bring success and all that you wish for, but it doesn't seem to work. That's because our journeys are all unique.

I’ve been thinking about stopping self help. Been steeped in it for 5 years. While it’s been so helpful I am realizing it’s not doing it for me anymore. I just don’t know what else to do! Good advice on going against my typical beliefs. I love trying new things but I need to do things differently. Open to guidance from spirit. ❤️🙏🏼

I hear you 🤗 And it is helpful. Awareness is key. But I think we stay stuck in it, and are somehow encouraged to stay in it too. We really have to lighten the load on ourselves. This morning, I'm in the thinking that I just don't know how to do life. I don't know how people do it. I really don't. It's clear that I'm not equipped the same way other people are. Sending you love 💗
