Take advantage of the Spring. But Spring is no guarantee of a harvest. You' ve got to seed it with your own two hands. There is also an urgency here. Life is very short. Don't waste your springs. Dont just let them pass, pass, pass without giving it the best of your two hands and your protection. No. 3. Nourish and protect. Defend yourself against the enemy. Whatever threatens you, threaten it back. Someone wants to destroy your chances of a future by negative self- talk, walk away. Some enemies are on the inside. Let me list them. Battle your own indifference. After you"ve achieved sth, you say, " I gotta relax." Not too long!! Indecision. Youve gotta take some decisions. Dont let indecision rob you of your bank account, empty your purse. The next is doubt. Dont let your doubts loose like a mad dog. Drive them into a corner. Dont doubt the future, the possibilities. Dont doubt yourself. Have faith. Don't sell yourself short.

Listening to Jim Rohn has really helped me make some adjustments in my life and i know it won’t happen immediately but already I feel change coming and happening

I used to listen to this type of video everyday. But then I got sick, o got bedridden that knocked me down really hard. Then the symptoms of unhealed trauma started to resurface even more . The past two years have been hell to say the least. I gotta say I miss myself . I was taught I am worthless and that is rooted deeeeeep in my mind . Due to childhood trauma and believing I am worthless, I started being in deeep depression, and contemplated suicide many times . I am not positive person as I used to be because all the time I imagine things will go wrong but I am ready to control my mind and regain myself . My abusers didn't succeed in breaking me
