I mean, if anyone's perception of black people is affected by the actions of one obnoxious little girl, then they're probably racist anyways lmao. But one thing I have to say is, genetics are weird. There are quite a few people that are half black, half white that look almost 100% white. It's not as common as people who are visibly half black, of course, but it happens. And if they're only 1/4 black instead of half, the chances of them looking completely white become a bit higher. So it's not entirely accurate to say that you can tell she isn't black by her hair texture and skin tone, since it's very possible for someone who isn't completely black to have the same exact appearance.
