Nice video. The original 1655 Explorer 2 is one of my grail pieces😄 i just really like the utilitarian look of the steel bezel. I feel the same way about the vintage Glycene Airman. I have the 40mm black dial 16570(?) and am actually considering getting a polar dial in 40mm. Still bummed out, that the latest iteration was a 42mm again and they didn’t downsize it to 40mm for the 50y anniversary😌 I’m a little confused about why the rest of the video only shows modern pepsis.

The watch is perfect for me. I don’t need rotating bezel and still can track two time zones. And it comes at 3-4k lower than the GMT II with the same case and movement. And it has a great polar dial. 🫶🫶🫶
