Waiting on second autobio... post Coming to terms w the cruelty of the men as well as the women on your Life... letting yourself cry for as long as it takes; to say aloud whatever you need to, heard, validated, honored deeply... You will be able to stop crying, and you won't necessarily have to be insecure as if a Life defining sentence. If Fred Loves You Truly and thoroughly, Fred will Love you as well within as you can be, becoming stronger & healthier With And in Addition to yourself. Just a few thoughts. Smh. I'd even go so far as to guess those are Virginia Slims. Freeze it at 3:48 and look closely; it looks like cellophane-covered paper; the size is right; and I see what appear to be stripes on the right-side of the pack. (By the way, I work in NYC, and the midtown building where I work just two weeks ago installed those damned elevator lights. They're TORTURE! I have to put my sunglasses back on, on the way up to my office!)

I actually thought that was a flask.. like what you put whiskey or liquor in or maybe she did take up smoking but I highly doubt it given her voice issues.. I don't think she would risk smoking cig since she was doing all of this to get her voice back

I don't know, y'all, I used to smoke, and I'd reach for the pack and start fishing one out if a conversation got a little uncomfortable, exactly the way she did. Maybe she picked it up during the divorce. I watched that few seconds several times, and I'm 99% sure she's pulling a cigarette out. As for the voice, I smoked for a while during my recording years. You tell yourself, oh, my voice will have a nice huskiness. But it really sounds like sh*t. I hope that if she does smoke, she quits.
