Tafsir, Meaning the women and girls of non-muslim (kuffar) can be ræped hærassed and also killed. Quran 4:34 As for women whose disobedience you fear, convince them, and leave them apart in beds, and beat them according to hadiths till their skin is green it's Allowed to beat them in Islam. Quran 2:223 Your women are a field for you, so approach your fields whichever way you like ræpe is allowed and won't be count as ræpe. For the ræpe of a women who is not your wife or slæve the fatwa centre(Islamic ruling centre) says, the women should have 3 witnesses the DNA evidence will not be taken and if the women is not covering up meaning not wearing hijab properly. Than its her fault if she fornication (wearing makeup) then also it's her fault she have been ræped. Under Shariah laws two women claims equal to one men. Meaning two women has to make a claim on the same topic against one men then only the the case will be taken. Quran 2:223 Your women are a field for you, so approach your fields whichever way you Qur'an 4:24 except for the Muslim women (Believing women), the women and girls of non-muslim (kuffar) who the believers (Muslims) capture can be used as sax slæves (bonds), this is Allah decree for you; Sahih al-Bukhari 5198 The prophet said "I looked at the (Hell) Fire and saw that the majority of its residents were women" Sahih al-Bukhari 2658 witness of a women is half of a men prophet peace be upon him Said This is because of the deficiency of a woman's Brain. "The woman advances and retires in the shape of a devil, Sahih Muslim 1403, graded saheeh (authentic) by Shaykh Al-Albani in Sunan Abi Dawud 2151, also graded saheeh in Jami' a-Trmidhi 1 158 Al-Qurtubi (d.1273): “Women are like cows, horses, and camels, for all are ridden.” Musnad Ibn Hanbal: “Women, dogs, and donkeys annul a man's prayer.” (seevol. 2, p. 2992).

Why does it seem like it's not non-muslims who are intolerant of islam, rather it is us muslims who find it hard to get adjusted in non muslim countries? Why is it that Jews, Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, etc have no issues in other countries, but we complain? Why is it that some of us think that a woman can't dress modestly without the hijab? Why do secular and liberally Sharia practicing muslim countries too have restrictions on non muslims practicing their faiths?

I’m a Christian, and devoutly so. I’ve never read the Quran, but I respect most religions, especially Abrahamic faiths. I admire the Hijab and other coverings that Muslim women wear. It shows a kind of devotion that I wish we had more of in Christianity. Also, the case for such coverings is genuinely appealing. God bless you.

​​@@iiddrrii6051I don't know about India, but japan is very similar. I mean, they don't wear hijab, but act as if they wear it, they barely talk unknown people, they protect themselves every time. So maybe they don't need hijab only because all of their society have repressed a lot of instinctive behaviors. But I think that's not the natural human instinct, and hijab is recommended specially in warm places (i mean warm literally, because warmer the country, more hard it looks toamtain human instincts under control).

This video appears to be logical on the surface because he cites statistics here and there, but he fails to scientifically justify the causal connections he's asserting. He's relying on an uncritical and agreeable audience to naively accept these connections as "obvious". Like the more women uncover and get attention, the more infidelity and abortions will become. These are unfounded. Several of his arguments stem from this experiment of a woman walking in a city with hijab vs. revealing clothing. Its anecdotal, but I know several women who wear hijab and were constantly stared at and harassed in Cairo, Egypt - and they are Egyptian, not foreigners. Women there just have to deal with it. He also goes on about abortion statistics without citing how many were medically necessary. I can also cite a study of Saudi Arabia at 17.9% (Alharbi 2022). Without more details, the naive reader could easily jump to the conclusion that 1 in 5 Saudis are terminating unwanted pregnancies. Then he goes on about infidelity and suggesting a causal link to women covering. OK, it seems reasonable to make that connection, but it's unscientific unless you can demonstrate a causal link.

@@celestialsatheist1535 Let's be fair, your family environment and family culture is a large part of your identity. Especially when being part of a 'minority' society. Clothing standards can be an important part of people's identify. Is it reasonable to be 'surprised' that one would defend their identity? They've been raised to see hijab as modesty. For observant women, to jettison hijab is akin to you or I going nude in order to integrate into a nudist society. There's nothing inherently wrong with nudity, but we wouldn't feel comfortable doing it - especially if combined with faith obligations.

As a Christian woman I wear a headcovering and dress modestly. I am utterly opposed to banning the hijab and abayas in schools and the first to speak out against this - not because I dress modestly myself but because people shouldn’t have to hide their religious beliefs at school. But I wonder how Muslims would speak out against the banning of children wearing a crucifix? 🤔. We should be uniting and calling for freedom of expression of religion for ALL. Whilst the different religions organise themselves in their own camps on this issue the French state is getting the upper hand. WAKE UP!

Having become a Muslim, one of the greatest discoveries with the best outcome (besides regular prayers) is, lowering the gaze. Especially in summer, when a lot of skin is displayed by women in public. Since lowering the gaze prevents from coming home from town all "heated up"; hormonally. Sincerely from Germany

France has also banned Christian crosses and Jewish skullcap, not just the Muslim hijab. The narrator talks about an experiment in which a woman walked in the streets of New York without a hijab and got catcalled. Then they tried the same experiment with her wearing a hijab and no-one even looked at her. That may well have been the case, but has anyone noticed how much makeup some Muslim women wear? It makes a tank top and mini skirt look innocent.

​Many things. Sharia law has solutions for the illnesses in society. Allah's commandments are almost always a gift, take fasting for example. Fasting for 30 days in Ramadan can improve concentration. Fasting is also a great way to build patience.

One of the best explanations. It makes perfect sense from a practical moral standpoint without regard to religion at all. Women who cover up are free from the tyranny of popular culture and the demands out on them by the standards of Western beauty. Thankfully in the USA, the hijab could never be banned because of First Amendment protections. Too bad France refuses to recognise and honour basic human rights.

other than abaya, muslimah in france can wear: kimono form japan, hanbok from korea, kurung from malaysia, jedi robe from star wars, witch dress include the pointy-hat to cover the hair. umbrella, traditional jewelry crown ect to cover the hair. and many more dress... if those france authorities still make fuss they can be call racist.

Girls are being kicked out for wearing kimono and for wearing clothes that «looks like abbayas » because they are « countering » the law….and we are not allowed to wear hats. May Allah guide us
