Hey there,
in this video I'm sharing what I think is the biggest mistake you can do and that is being scared to make no mistakes. It will leave you not being able to take opportunities and make you feel unwell because you're stuck in that circle of comfort. We need to embrace being more vulnerable and realize that failure is a part of every process. The only thing scarier than stepping out of your comfort zone is the fear of always remaining the same and looking back on life in regret of all the risks we didn't take out of fear.
