Why Maki vs Toji isnt a fair fight

Maki vs Toji has been a heated debate in the community for the longest time, so here's my take .

Maki vs Toji
Toji Fushiguro (伏ふし黒ぐろ甚とう爾じ, Fushiguro Tōji?), born Toji Zenin (禪ぜん院いん甚とう爾じ, Zen'in Tōji?) is a recurring character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He was a former member of the Zenin clan and the infamous assassin known as the Sorcerer Killer (術じゅつ師し殺ごろし, Jutsushi Goroshi?), contracted by the Time Vessel Association among other groups throughout his time as a non-curse user. He was also the father of Megumi Fushiguro and former enemy of Satoru Gojo. While working for the Star Religious Group, Toji serves as the primary antagonist of the Gojo's Past Arc
Maki Zenin (禪ぜん院いん真ま希き, Zen'in Maki?) is a major supporting character in Jujutsu Kaisen and one of the main protagonists of its prequel, Jujutsu Kaisen 0: Jujutsu High. She is currently a second-year at Tokyo Jujutsu High. Daughter of Ogi Zenin and the elder twin sister of Mai Zenin, Maki was born in the Zenin Clan.
Born a non-sorcerer in one of the Big Three Sorcerer Families, Maki was constantly mistreated and felt compelled to expel herself from the Zenin clan. She aspires to be a great jujutsu sorcerer to spite her family, working closely with her friends Panda and Toge Inumaki, while also serving as a role model to the first-year students.

    Maki has her "In the zone" moments from time to time. But the largest difference here is that Toji is almost always 100% in the zone at all times, with the exception to when he lost against Gojo, he was beginning to question himself right before losing. Bro was born locked in

    ok so heres the issue. your taking feats from like a 50 year old toji that was retired before that. his body speed blitz'd dagon with just instincts and toji is literally a strategical fighter.

    I agree but we cant factor in prime toji cos we don't know what he was capable of

    ​@@xGatesisn't Toji in Shibuya in his prime stats wise? He was mindless, but still at his best when it comes to speed and strength, that's why it was Toji "Zenin", not rusty Fushiguro. Although he still got very little time to show some feats to compare, but Gege clearly says they're equal

    ​@@parussmanthe granny's technique copied the daughter of the guy in the flashback the same way as the time of death, so toji's stats are probably the same as hidden inventory. not enough info to say either way tho

    I really feel like Maki needs to surpass Toji, he needs to be let go. She’s stayed hungry, she destroyed it all and she hasn’t lost sight of herself

    But toji has far more experience in a fully heavenly restricted body and as you mentioned his strategic mind and battle iq are big advantagees he has over maki. Now my question is, maki may be faster and stronger than toji but by how much.... because maki needs to be significantly better physically than toji to be able to overcome tojis experience (years) and strategic mind
