What Sam Scow said, but I mean, we could put it under pressure to let the oxygen stay liquid at room temp, but I'm pretty sure the orbies still wouldn't 'absorb' any... and the moment you released the pressure, they'd probably just pop if they had managed to take any in. On the other hand, I use tetrafluoroethane in coke bottles to make special effects with instant freezing 'water'.... so.... I'd like to see what happens either way.

I don't think it would do much as in thermite reaction oxygen is only transfering from iron oxide to aluminum. 2Al+Fe2O3--->Al2O3+2Fe Liquid oxygen shouldn't really do much as it doesn't need environmental oxygen to burn.

That styrofoam cup going up is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen.

So i learned something new: Nate will eat -almost- EVERYTHING edible even black burnt marshmallow.

Actually, Black burnt marshmallow's DO NOT even remotely taste as bad as you would think. The shell is thin and has a weird texture, but the slightly bitter taste from the shell and the sweet liquid core tastes amazing together.

Luiz Playz that’s how I normally eat my marshmallows just without the liquid oxygen.

I wonder how liquid oxygen would interact with self oxidizing reactions, such as thermite.

Not very much more. Thermite is self-oxidizing, it contains iron oxide, so I would imagine it to be much more energetic

@@vikramkrishnan6414 quite violently, once the thermite burns you're left with boiling iron, which would be quite vicious in liquid o2
