There are lots of gaps in the society making it difficult for PWDs to have access to basic information

'Person With Disability' term acknowledges a person first and his/her disability second while 'Disabled Person' does quite the opposite. People would ideally love to be recognised by their individual personalities and capacities rather than their disabilities.
